Consists of the main 9-storey building.
The hotel features 115 comfortable rooms. Some rooms have balconies. Only available one extra bed.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

The room is good, but the bathroom is substandard, very dirty, with hair scattered here and there, and no toilet paper.
The room was very dimly lit.
The TV channels are not working, they are constantly distorted
I asked the receptionist to bring me toilet paper, but to no avail; he ignored my request.
I'm rating this hotel 2/5 only because their bed is very comfortable and the blankets were good
I do not recommend it for businessmen and those who want to spend a lot of time in the room to complete their work because it is unsuitable and does not have a work atmosphere.
It might be good for families and for holidays, but there is a Disco Bar in the lobby, so I don't recommend it for families in the governorate.
The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Most of the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. Also I saw a few roaches here and there.
Daily cleaning includes changing sheets and towels...but carpet still remains dusty and dirty.
Breakfast is nothing special.
Overall it is excellent value for money.
