Reasonable good service and location.

We stayed two nights a gift for my wife's birthday* The hotel is high average -just by chance! I believe we met the first wrong person in the reception upon arrival**That was going to rune it ( personal behaviour) ; but the manager was aware of it and handled it beautifully; the others in reception were so nice then and everything went smooth* we got a complementary apology card and a cake 🍰 piece...

Nice Hotel apartment i love it

Furniture and inside a bit outdated and missing some amenities like paper towels, detergent, soap and bathroom amenities. Internet is slow as molasses and only one tv out of the entire 2 bedroom apartment.

The intercom wasn’t working. Washing machine and dryer aren’t effective. Towels were missing in second day after cleaning.

Service, was not good enough, we had to keep requesting for cutlery , which they were taking super long to provide

I stayed at this place recently for 3 days and I must tell the experience was quite excellent. The rooms are spacious, properly ventilated, well maintained, and they provide almost everything along with slippers

We went to Dubai to attend the Arab health expo 2026. We found this hotel as a best option for us it a combination of luxury and comfort. I suggest the travellers choose this stay for their comfort.

The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. They even brought a fruit platter to the room. The room itself was quite spacious

They serve a solid, delicious buffet, no over-the-top 'gimmick' dishes, just genuinely good food. To top it off, the restaurant is on the highest floor, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline

The station is a bit far, so it might be inconvenient if you use the train frequently. However, it was a very nice and clean hotel.

The dining options are excellent as well, with a variety of restaurants serving delicious food — particularly the breakfast, which was fresh and full of great choices

The hotel is conveniently located near the yacht marina and right next to a bustling commercial area, which is lively at night. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, and all the dishes are exquisitely prepared.

Big shout outs to Louis and Issac at the pool. The whole team at Market breakfast, Alba lunch, Oak dinner and the army of room service. Not forgetting the Library team who end the perfect days

Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the overall experience feels very premium

Vika drew a personal farewell card for us on our last day as well as surprised us with a little dessert adorned by a German greeting… we were just so touched! Maybe not the most awe-inspiring views ever, but highly recommend this place to stay if you are looking for relaxation and easy accessibility (roads/traffic) for sightseeing

Spent the day on the beach with family. Excellent atmosphere, and stylish decor with a beautiful sandy beach. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to spend time during the weekend

This is a good hotel with excellent facilities. It is conveniently located next to a shopping mall — not a large one, but still quite adequate. However, the staff did not appear to be well trained

There's complimentary valet parking, and two gas stations are conveniently located near the hotel (a good tip for rental cars: fill up the night before if you're returning the car at the airport the next day)

I would recommend for all types of clients here the services are to a very high standard and you have everything you could need. Food quality was very good, plenty of concierge services and 24/7 room service

Visited Raffles Nov - took the wife and two kids. Service is very good and all staff are very welcoming. Harka assisted us regularly, always with a smile, a kind gentleman

The highlight of my stay was how beautifully the team celebrated my birthday, they decorated my room so thoughtfully, surprised me with a delicious cake, and even sang Happy Birthday! You should choose a sea view if you don't want to hear construction on the other side of the building closer to the boardwalk. Breakfast is good, but you get used to it pretty fast

Local restaurants are okay, but I wouldn't highly recommend them; it's better to get some deliveries. To drive from Palma, you'd better get a taxi or hotel transfer, or book a car—the hotel has a local parking spot

It’s a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast (very busy at weekends), decent pool, private beach and plenty of restaurants and bars - it’s also central in Tourist Club area (Al Zahiya) so Abu Dhabi Mall is a few minutes walk and Galleria Mall about 10 minutes

Great location very close to Burj Karifa

I've booked a room named "fountain view", but the fountain was not even partially visible from the room. I had to go out to the balcony and lean and turn to left to be able to see the fountain

I am a frequent traveller and have numerous experience of staying at many hotels around the world, but I've never seen a five-star hotel with such an issue
