With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

Check in= perfect, Awsome view from the room,, good service, breakfast in the HARTISAN , Drinks (coffee, Hot chocolate, Tea and Juice by waiter/waitress) Half Board for Lunch or dinner also in other restaurants possible

At first, I tried to brush it off, thinking I might be overly sensitive, but when my mother—who doesn’t speak a word of English—expressed that she, too, felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, I knew this wasn’t just my perception

After insisting we only wanted hot water, we waited for half an hour before it was finally served. I am a pescatarian and asked if the shrimp dumplings contained pork, as it is common in China

I patiently explained that in Chinese culture, we prefer hot water before meals, but the waitress’s response was condescending, as though she couldn’t comprehend this simple request

As someone who has lived abroad for over a decade, I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity, but what transpired felt more like an intentional disregard for our presence

The waitress’s response was baffling and dismissive. She couldn’t seem to understand why I was asking such a question and even said, “I don’t understand your language

Upon arrival at Cho Gao, the first waitress who served us displayed a level of indifference and rudeness that left us feeling unwelcome

The hotel is comfortable an d clean. the breakfast is nice and well. Special thanks to Mohammed Shohag from housekeeping department who made his best to make our room look perfectly clean and tidy

The swimming pool (including two sauna's!) is clean, the 24-hour gym facilities are great, the breakfast is excellent with many, many choices and a great atmosphere. The service by all the personnel was great

The location offers a good view of downtown. The only thing we would like to suggest is that the children's play area would be accessible the same hours as the swimming pool (7am-7pm)

Quiet and relaxing with easy access to other places around. Though the stay here was because of MECAM, would surely recommend to friends. Good breakfast spread with smiling and helpful staff in the morning

The shower had good water temperature and pressure, and the large bathtub was very comfortable. Environment: There's nothing around, and there's a construction site nearby

I recently stayed at The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle and overall had a very good experience. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities

There’s also some good coffee shops and brunch places around the area if you’re willing to walk 10 minutes in the heat. We would definitely stay again

A Perfect Destination for a Short Relaxing Getaway🩵 I chose Saadiyat Island for its stunningly clear and clean turquoise sea🩵🩵🤩. The beach was absolutely beautiful and refreshing! soft white sand, crystal-clear water

The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again

Very nice hotel and nice location they are using a very low cost kind In-room amenities like soap, shampoo, and slippers are lacking, and there's no welcome service upon arrival such as offering coffee and dates

Best of all are the resort pools and beach access right next to the Fujairah city access

We had a fantastic time at Al Bahar resort. The resort is clean and the beds are comfortable. Their breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. We booked two rooms for me and my family

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

Other than that, everything else was good, especially the 74th-floor observation deck, which is definitely worth visiting (it's free for guests, but external visitors have to pay)

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

Worried that it might be a scam I tried to contact the hotel directly and through trip messages. It took several emails to the hotel, and over a week, for the hotel to confirm it was a real booking

There are three separate buildings with the tallest having 74 floors. It can be challenging navigating to your room as the lift buttons have odd names and wait times for the slow lifts can be long

The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was decent, though there wasn't much of a view since it's surrounded by construction sites, and the air quality wasn't the best

Had an amazing stay at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences. The whole place just feels like a vibe,luxury but still fun. Rooms are super sleek, rooftop pools are insane, and the views are next level

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially large, making for a great night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the high-altitude view from the 75th floor – absolutely stunning

In walking distance to the beach, the metro and a mall. Staff was nice and I liked my room. Of course it’s not state of the art technology, but it’s cheaper than Vegas. Breakfast was good, friendly omelette chef

The gym and spa facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness options. Overall, this was hands down the best holiday I've ever been on

What made a difference was also the elite sports club with trainer Amro who was so guest oriented and really motivated us to the right trainings in the best instructed way

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

Totally clean, huge and perfect temperature. They give you a big towel and hair dryer. Especially " Shambhu " is a patient and professional swimming instructor. His lessons are systematic and easy to follow

Luxury hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Amazing breakfast!!!

Room wasn’t clean enough but location and breakfast was pretty good.There was a little bit noisy because a lot of bars and restaurants in the hotel but not too much.

Location is good But room is fine but need touch up for details Staff are polite but need more training

The seating area is partly open to a garden that links to the indoor area, so this is to be expected. Stayed for business (booked by my company), but it is not a good place for that purpose

What a wonderful property and an equally wonderful team! I arrived at the hotel around 4 a. for check-in, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The property is plush, spotless, and beautifully maintained

It's an added bonus that there is a mini super market with a good range of what you would need. There is also a really nice pool and gym area. A laundry room is also available for long term stays

For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds

The room was clean and the location was excellent, very close to the shopping mall. A really enthusiastic front desk staff member who spoke Chinese even helped us call a taxi
