Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in

However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM

Very family friendly, kids club was one of the best I've seen. It was a bit too crowded for our liking, that's just our preference, not saying that its bad by any means

I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one

The location couldn’t be better. It’s so easy to get around the city from here, whether you’re exploring or heading out for dinner. And having a mall connected to the hotel was honestly the best part

Good service and connected to Wafi Mall. Breakfast was also good. However, lack variations and always served same throughout our stay. No turndown service unlike Sofitel Downtown Hotel.

The room was pretty good, it was just a bit pricey due to the exhibition. Everything else was fine, and I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

The service was good just that the apartment units are at a different block so there is a short walk over. But it wasn't bad at all, since the buildings are a linked

The breakfast selection is also very diverse! The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, but if you have a rental car or your own vehicle, it's quite convenient! The staff are also very responsible

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

Out of the three hotels we've stayed at in Dubai, this one is definitely the best. It's on an island that's still under development, but the location isn't far and is very convenient

We stayed at Centara Mirage Beach Resort for 10 days and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The resort is extremely family-friendly, and our children were entertained throughout the stay

It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. A lot of different food options

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

Hotel is top class and the food at breakfast was excellent. With the Mall right next door and many restaurants to choose from, finding a meal to suite your budget was easy

Special mention must be given to all the hotel staff, who provided very good service with such friendliness. Rizwann was attending to cleaning our room every day
