This is an older hotel. Everyone, try to book the Royal Atlantis if you can. The waterparks for both hotels are connected. If you plan to have the buffet, book early as reservations fill up quickly.

And don't even get me started on the location - right by the water's edge, the view of the sunset is absolutely breathtaking! I would highly recommend taking a stroll during the evening to experience this stunningly beautiful sight

Upon arrival, we upgraded to a Palm Island view room. The staff were very attentive. Although our room on the 4th floor was a bit low, it was fine. Our child was thrilled to see the pool

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

We specifically booked the Royal Club for the water park. The room wasn't particularly large, but thankfully, we spent almost all our time playing when we weren't sleeping

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

The food is really great- everyone can find something to eat. Big plus for live cooking in the morning

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

And I recommend it to visit it for all, location is nice, the facilities is good and cleanliness is good and the most important the service is excellent in everything

As much as I love staying at this hotel, my last stay was not at all comfortable. The service is very bad, and essential items are no longer in the room, and if you ask for it, you have to pay

The waterpark is great and the hotel, despite having a more traditional finish, led to a positive stay

Also, the property being large, they could have placed sufficient boards that leads to the swimming pool and restaurants accurately. We noticed other guests feeling the same frustration to get around

We decided to stay for the Eid break considering the brand name and waterpark feature

I got to check out their new waterpark (just a 2-minute walk from the pools), and it was a blast! Great slides, awesome staff, and surprisingly good food

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool bars — wow, just awesome! They offered a huge variety of cocktails and alcoholic drinks, all unlimited. Perfect vibe to relax by the pool

The hotel has three large pools, all super clean and cool, and the waterpark was amazing — my kid absolutely loved it! On top of all that, the hotel also offers boating and kayaking facilities, which are included in the package! It was a wonderful surprise and added even more fun to our stay

My wife and I vacationed there in September 2025. Now we know we can safely go there with our child. The level of service and comfort is 5. When other hotels open nearby, the Rick will definitely become a 5

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

Great all inclusive hotel, not too far from airport and food was great. 3 swimming pools so plenty of space. Shower is a bit slow was the only con.

All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! The grounds are beautiful and location is excellent! Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent variety! Very accommodating for our young kids! Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in

However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM

While attending an event at this place, I had a wonderful experience. The ambiance is calm, romantic, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening

I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one

The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, offering a wide variety of international food options to suit all tastes

The breakfast offers a wide variety, but it's mainly Western and Indian food, which might not suit Chinese palates. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the complimentary theme park tickets are a nice touch

The pool is heated, which is great for kids, though it can get crowded and is a bit shallow

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service was excellent. They even gave us complimentary park tickets. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and they also provided chocolates

- Pool wasn’t very clean and 2 of us ended up with itchy rashes after using it. The pool staff was really friendly tho and the pool in itself is great

Booking this hotel comes with free tickets, and the number of tickets matches the number of guests in the booking, which makes it great value for money

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the room was spacious, clean, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which offered additional comfort.

We had our Iftar today at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was a wonderful experience. All the food was amazing and the variety was great. The staff were very kind, attentive, and the service was excellent

It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do. Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented

Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island. Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket

I spent a week at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island this March, and it was an unforgettable experience overall. The hotel’s design is striking and modern, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere from the moment you arrive

This hotel is located right next to the F1 track in Abu Dhabi, and the building itself is very striking. The rooms directly face the track, so even without a race, you can still soak up some of the atmosphere

The real highlight for me, however, was the spectacular view of the Formula 1 race track—watching cars zip by from the comfort of the balcony was something truly special, even during non-race events and practice sessions

Was upgraded to a premium trackside room, big thanks to the friendly front desk staff for their help! The breakfast spread was amazing and the service was excellent

The bathtub wasn't working very well, which was the only downside

The Garage restaurant has a fantastic view directly overlooking the race track, which was a huge plus!

Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved

Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The only thing missing was a tennis court!

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

Breakfast at Ibn Majid was delicious

We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change

The service was impeccable at each place in the hotel. The beach is beautiful and very well looked after, as well as the pools and numerous places to see. All in all an amazing hotel, especially with kids

Our second visit & it lived up to our memories & expectations. The hotel staff are friendly courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. The food was excellent both in the Palmery & around the pool

Access to other hotels via the buggies meant access to a huge resort

Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces

We mostly enjoyed the beach and the sea, as the main pool area felt a bit older compared to the rest of the resort. Still, everything else was excellent and far exceeded our expectations

2️⃣ I recommend bringing your own showerhead to replace the hotel's; I felt the water pressure was insufficient and not comfortable for showering

Arrived early morning and the staff suggested to take a shower at the gym / swimming pool and I can have a rest either on the sun deck or at the relaxation room. The best nap I had ever .

We were right by the pool, so the singing and dancing at night were quite loud. We didn't encounter any major problems and slept very well

The light above the bathroom sink was broken, making it a bit dim, but I didn't think it was a major problem. 3️⃣ Soundproofing probably depends on the location

I carried my luggage up myself; perhaps if I had parked at the front desk, there might have been a luggage service? I didn't try, so I don't know

1️⃣ The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was very new and clean. I didn't find any hygiene issues in my room

I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids

Spacious rooms and gigantic baths. Loved the variety of restaurants, exquisite food. Social Club, Host Ian was extremely hospitable. Swimming pool is a great design with also great service

While the food quality was excellent, the service could sometimes be a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions, there were mix-ups with orders. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience

Facilities: The room was a bit dated, but the quality still felt premium. The glass curtain wall was covered in sand spots, which I guess is to be expected in a desert country. Cleanliness: The hygiene was good

The location is unbeatable for both business and sightseeing; the Museum of the Future is literally a two-minute walk away. The service is what you expect from Jumeirah—polished, proactive, and impeccable

The carpet had some minor stains and looked a bit old, but it was understandable. Environment: The environment was great, especially the breakfast restaurant – I really liked it

The panoramic elevators in the lobby are also a unique feature of the hotel; you can even take a picture with the Museum of the Future from inside the elevator

Having traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous 5-star hotels, I can confidently say the staff’s professionalism and warmth here truly stand out. The breakfast was outstanding, with top-notch quality and variety

Great service with the Luxury room and our family enjoy to stay here in one night, especially my child love the huge swimming pool which is never seen in Asia.

The breakfast at the hotel's executive lounge is great and highly recommended. They even provided ***** New Year gifts for Chinese guests, which was a very thoughtful touch

The environment and service here are excellent, truly top-notch. Responses are quick and efficient. The Chinese lady at the front desk was also incredibly nice and patient

The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay

With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

I’m sure more would return if this happened. All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff

Everything went great. We will definitely come back again. The best hotel in Abu Dhabi for a family vacation with children, and what a beach. Just fantastic.

I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool

And the food—absolutely incredible! Each meal was a delightful experience, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Thank you for making our visit so memorable

We truly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu, especially the amenities—we loved and appreciated every moment of it

However the water in the pools was too cold for it to be pleasant. We are all water lovers but none of us really went in. The Hemingway bar was good and open very late

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff

The hotel itself doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel, our room was drab, dull and airless, despite being a luxury suite. The fridge was empty and the only drink available was warm water in plastic bottles

A bottle of Spanish wine (which we know very well) was £70 but sells in Spain for under £5. I would like to mention Vignesh in the Hemingway bar and Presanna in the West Bay lounge for their excellent service
