Nice location. Great staff. Hotel lobby and pool Area is good. Great for business travellers

Safety is paramount for business trips, and this hotel meets expectations in all aspects. It's conveniently located near the airport with good transport links. As an international chain, the amenities are generally satisfactory, albeit quite standard. It's a multi-purpose hotel, but do note that prices can be high during peak season. Thank you. Dining options are inconvenient.

It located near the metro station which is very convinet for the business traveler, the room is clean and well decorated. defenitly will stay their again.

Our family loved this hotel. The swimming pool (including two sauna's!) is clean, the 24-hour gym facilities are great, the breakfast is excellent with many, many choices and a great atmosphere. The service by all the personnel was great. The location offers a good view of downtown.
The only thing we would like to suggest is that the children's play area would be accessible the same hours as the swimming pool (7am-7pm). Now it is only open from 10am-5pm, and our kids wanted to play outside those hours too. Also, the sweat smell inside the play area was a bit strong.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel WTC Dubai. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. Everything felt smooth and well-organized, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is right next to the exhibition center, literally next door, but the facilities are a bit old. I was originally on the 10th floor, but due to a leak in the bathroom, it took a long time for them to agree to move me to another room, and I ended up on the 2nd floor. (I was unhappy, and there was no apology or compensation).

Aside from its proximity to the exhibition center, dining options nearby are very inconvenient. You have to walk completely through the exhibition center (about 5-8 minutes) to get to the restaurants next to it (which aren't great anyway) and the nearby supermarket. Extremely inconvenient.

Prices in Dubai are significantly higher than in previous years. A typical lunch or dinner costs around 100-200 yuan per person.

My personal recommendation, if you don't have high expectations for hotel service (don't need daily cleaning) and just need a place to sleep for a few nights (only requiring cleaning every two or three days), which is the kind of guest I am, then I suggest you choose an apartment hotel just one exhibition center away (opposite and next to the DWTC metro station). It's located at another entrance of the exhibition center (not the IBIS), the price is more reasonable, and crucially, it's actually closer to the actual Halls 1-3.

It was a good hotel near the world trade center , everything is good

Sometimes when people from the UK and perhaps Europe see the brand Novotel they may consider it being one of the less Premium brands however let me assure you the quality of the hotel the property facilities and especially the staff and those supporting the customer facing colleagues is absolutely superb, That said, and in my particular case, I use this hotel because it is connected to the WTC which offers immediate access into the same without stepping outside. I have been coming here for a great many years and will continue

The room size was just right, not cramped at all, and breakfast was excellent. The service was fantastic, and the towels were very clean.

Great for business trips. Security could be enhanced; ideally, key card access should only be granted after identity verification.
