It was a great mistake to book in this hotel.
I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
Never expect that the hotel staff would be so rude as we have arrived in this hotel.
They give us a different room. Although we have already paid the room fee. They informed us that they have no room as we have booked.

My overall experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. Some staff members are absolute stars, especially Danny and Thew at BHeaven Restaurant, Lifeguard Malindu by the pool, Osama on the front desk and Sally and Magda at the buffet restaurant. These individuals are genuine gems of the hotel. They love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They are real assets to Barceló Al Jaddaf and deserve every bit of recognition and support!
Special thanks to Farouk, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His positive attitude and excellent service truly made a difference.
Right when we checked in, she was super warm and friendly, made us feel welcome after a rough trip. Out of nowhere, she upgraded our room to something much nicer, which totally made our stay better. Then when we asked about late checkout, she fixed it in seconds, no issues, no extra fees, just easy and kind about it.
