We arrived at the hotel and the front desk man plus another guy started shouting and abusing us to leave, how can you talk to people like that who have come to ask for a room, my sister has been your customer 3 times she referred the hotel to us

The hotel is very good in terms of one star hotel. buddget, and all kinds of facilities are here.
I personally spent a lot of time here. I really enjoyed it.

my friends and I, we were waiting around 20 to 30 minutes at reception before going to room. because when we arrived there they didn't know we have a reservation. 2nd we booked for 4 family members suit. until we got there they didn't fixed anything inside the room.
finally we got the room. we went inside to check room it was totally disaster. they did not provide drinking water or even we didn't have good bathroom. totally disappointed.
and the main thing is they charged us more money for one night, when we asked that they told us that was tax, tourism fee and all. I have no idea for what are they doing??
I know only one thing, they don't have anything. so you should think again before go to the place to enjoy.
