Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and surrounding landscape were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.
Overall, my experience at Gevora Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with fantastic service and incredible views, look no further. I can't wait to return for another visit!
On the first night, there was no hot water, and the bathroom drainage was blocked, making the bathroom unusable until the next day. My request to speak with the hotel manager was refused.
After filing a complaint, I was moved to a suite, but the new room also lacked basic amenities such as a bathrobe and hair dryer, and the kitchen light could not be turned off. It took over two hours to receive essential items, and I was unable to sleep until approximately 2:30 a.m.
Additionally, while my complaint was still unresolved, hotel staff repeatedly asked me to leave an immediate five-star review by scanning a Google review QR code, which made me feel pressured rather than supported.
As I was unable to properly sleep or shower during my stay, I believe the hotel failed to deliver the basic accommodation services promised. I am therefore requesting a full refund.
