First and foremost, there was no indication that smoking was prohibited in the room. There was no indication in the booking section. We arrived at the reception desk and saw no signs. Even inside the room, there was no sign that smoking was prohibited. I'd like to know why all of this was not mentioned, but she charged me EAD 100 for smoking cigarettes in the room.
To make matters worse, she stated that she could only refund EAD for 50 dirhams instead of EAD 100. This isn't good service, and I'm disappointed. And I'm eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you.
