It isn’t my first time staying at Sounders but this time the hotel staff was not helpful at all there was an Egyptian receptionist who checked me in and he didn’t because he said i didn’t pay and there’s no payment when In fact i actually paid and had all the receipts and transaction reference number he didn’t acknowledge that and didn’t help I was standing for so long trying to understand what the problem and he wasn’t responding all he said idk wait I was there for almost an hour and I wasn’t served any water even after I told them I came from a different city and I want to just check in . The hotel apartments are good and big the amenities are limited but they have the basics and the views and location is the only thing that kept me there.

The room is very spacious, the location is excellent, and the view is also good.

When booking, the hotel showed that the booking was not successful. The customer service was very good and helped to solve the problem at around 3 am in China.

The front desk of the hotel was rather careless. The first time they gave me the room card to open the door, it was a room occupied by someone. They were very careless and very annoying. The front desk just apologized, nothing else.

Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay. The staff is welcoming and check in was easy. We had the 2br with downtown view which was a lovely extra touch worth paying the additonal cost for. The apartment was massive and super clean, had all the amenities. Getting taxis into the city is easy and cheap. Food and grocery deliveries come straight to the door.

We was family from 5 people , we enjoyed very much in the apartment , the apartment was very huge, comfortable, quiet and contained everything we needed like microwave, espresso machines, refrigerator and cooker , the apartment was near of everywhere. I highly recommend it for families

The front desk service is good, the house is clean and spacious, the kitchen has cooking equipment and supplies, and the washing machine has a drying function. I am satisfied with it overall. But if you need cleaning, you must ask for it. Otherwise, if no one comes to take out the garbage after staying for a few days, you will have to deal with it yourself! The nearest shopping mall is a ten-minute walk away and there is a large supermarket nearby.

The night view is great and the space is large. It is no problem for seven people to live here. The front desk is very patient and the service quality is very good. I will choose this place again when I come to Dubai in the future.
