Cons: no espresso machine. traffic is an issues so check before you come that the construction work has finished since some of the roads going to the hotel are closed so it takes more time to reach the hotel. The lobby is so small. The kitchen tensile like knifes are rusty they need replacement. One of the knobs of the oven went out but was fixed quickly. There are only one cooking pan for eggs i think there should be at least two. For the gym, equipment was outdated and needs replacement and some leave a black mark on your hand. Finally the hotel is good but not luxury enough to justify the high prices.
In summary, i will stay again if i choose marina area.
The Cafe staff are wonderful. Akila, Zena, Cheff (everyone). They are like a family when working together. They create a feeling and experience of family that everyone enjoys. Me and all my friends love starting our morning off with a small conversation at breakfast before starting our day and they contribute to making each morning the best morning. Thank you CAFE STAFF.
Room cleaning staff Ganesh and Puspita are the best when cleaning the room. They are very kind, considerate and do a fantastic job with taking care of the rooms. If there is something additional I may need they ensure to take care of it promptly. Their dedication to professionalism, customer service and kindness is why I will continue to choose the Marriot for my destination to stay whenever I travel.

The check in process was a bit complicated. But the rest was very fine. The breakfast is not at all at a five star hotel level. Very simple with limited choices for fresh products such as fresh juices, fruits, etc.
The lift for such a high rise building is too slow and you need to wait long for the elevator. The swimming and spa facility is very simple and outdated. Nothing fancy or luxury at all.
Overall experience was good and it is a nice place for big families to stay.
