I stayed here for 10 days. It was a pleasant stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms are well-equipped, and you have access to the public transportation system with about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is so alive; however, it is far from luxurious Dubai, but you can easily find whatever you wish around. I enjoyed my stay, and I do recommend it.

It was the worse hotel I have ever been to. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Poor cleaning. I had beg for towel three good times before I was given. Their rooms have some really poor smell. And customer service was extremely poor except the security and one lady from the Philippines. Her name is Deborah and she great. I will never try their service ever again. Everything about them sucks

Impeccable and outstanding customer service from the front desk Debbie, the guard, housekeeping and dining staff. Highly recommend, excellent location. Very please with the service over all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I would especially like to thank the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Vignesh, for his excellent service and attention to detail, which made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
My sincere appreciation also goes to the Front Office staff, Mr. Steve, for his warm welcome, professionalism, and efficient service throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Garden City is located a short 15-minute walk from the Dubai Gold Souk and 20-minute walk from the Spice Souq. They have a restaurant on site and breakfast is included in the stay but I had an early morning flight so cannot attest to the quality of the breakfast. The room has complimentary bottled water, tea and Nescafé for free; a small minibar of soda, juice and snacks are also in the room but are not free. The WiFi works well, the shower pressure was great and the Air conditioner worked well. What came as surprise to me was the security deposit for the room - a credit card on file is not accepted as it is at most other hotels and Garden City Hotel requires a 150 AED cash refundable deposit that you get back upon check out. During the booking process, there was no mention of anything regarding a cash deposit. That being said, during my stay the staff were very friendly and helpful - so far as they helped me print out my visa approval letter that I needed for traveling to my next destination.

No.first day we check in. The cearner went in the room to spray some perfume to get rid of bad smell. And The room was infected with bed bug. I notice the bug crawling out last day of my stay. I show to front desk receptionist.all they said is sorry. I don't know this will bring up to the manager. Washroom has no proper amenities. The room system are extremely poor. If the guest go outside. They not let you run the air. Not letting guest to have more than one key.this may cause the room has no circulation air .bad smell trap inside . I don't think I can refer to any friends or r family without any higene .
