Montreal Naif Hotel in Dubai

Are you looking for better services? Please don’t go to this Hotel where they pretend to be good people to you until you need a simple service from them. I was very surprised by how they don’t listen to the customer they just care about money not about people. If you need to enjoy your trip in Dubai just don’t go to Montreal Naif Hotel and you will tank me later 🤝

this is one of the worst spots to sleep in if you care for your hygiene and safety. the spot is horrendous. there's constantly sound of people spitting up in the lobby and a smell of something rotting living with you. it was so horrible that we did not even check in, we left immediately for the holiday inn which was the polar opposite of this place. everything i wore this day i have borderline bleached clean. i did not book this place myself and got the booking from elsewhere and never will i ever trust this entity again. how a business like this in the uae is still standing, i truly dont know. this place should be shut down and incinerated along its endless filth and disgusting service.

Expectation vs reality.

Its located in the middle of market surrounded by stores selling spices and hardwares . The room is dirty especially WC. Looks old and smelly. Only good thing room is huge and AC works well.So don't expect something .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. From the moment an issue came up with my reservation, the staff showed little willingness or ability to help. I needed a simple change to the guest name on the booking, something that many hotels are able to handle internally. However, the receptionist told me it was not possible in their system and refused to even try to find a solution.

I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the issue could be resolved at a higher level. Sadly, the manager provided no help either and repeated the same explanation without offering any alternatives. There was no effort to understand my situation, no flexibility, and no customer-focused attitude. Instead of assisting me, they informed me that I would be charged 150 for the change, which felt unreasonable and unfair given how minor the request was.

What made the experience worse was the overall attitude of the staff. They were dismissive, unempathetic, and made me feel like my concern did not matter at all. Customer service should be about helping guests and finding solutions, but that was completely missing here. I left feeling frustrated, stressed, and disappointed.

A hotel stay should be comfortable and welcoming, but this experience was the opposite. Poor communication, lack of problem-solving skills, and unnecessary charges made this stay very unpleasant. I expected professionalism and basic support, especially from management, but I did not receive it. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider different accommodations where guests are treated with respect and understanding. This experience seriously damaged my trust in the hotel brand and highlighted a lack of training, accountability, and genuine care for paying customers overall service quality standards.

It was a really Very bad experience.
The hotel was extremely dirty, disgusting and old. The beds were all Torn, towels were grey and worn out, cockroaches in the bathroom, the fridge was leaking all over the room, really bad smell, and loud noises all night. I paid AED 750 for two nights and I would never stay and recommend anyone to stay here again. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is in the middle of the old city. The house is very old, the bed sheets are also very old, the equipment is old, the water in the shower head is very small, it is just one night, it is said to be 4 stars, but I feel it is not even 2 stars.
