Service at this hotel is not like what I expected! I asked for a doormat the room attendant didn't bring asked for a spare towel the guy said we don't give! Not satisfied at all.

Cozy and beautiful rooms. I loved the breakfast and everything around it. Lovely see view, at least from any room. Very kind and helpful staff. I really recommend Montreal Naif to anyone.

Very friendly staff and always willing to help.. rooms are clean and tidy.. good value for money.. breakfast is also good. Would recommend others to stay here

Its quite congested outside but thr inside look is appealing and there is a very nice African restaurant there

Very nice hotel, easy to access close to metro and sabqa bus stand nice and clean room. Front desk is very co operarive more important close to naif souq

It's a lovely place,clean and wit a pool not crowded.the rooms are greats,enjoyed my stay.

First, they don't know how to prepare breakfast.they believe tomatoes are fruits and serve them daily for dessert.their breakfast menu is too short.secondly they don't keep their word.I booked for two double beds rooms in this hotel but they later wrote me an email requesting to offer AED 80 discount per room if I opt for three beds rooms.I took up their offer and replied my acceptance but when I was checking out of the rooms they said that they offered the discount by mistake thereby disowning it and I had to pay the entire amount.lastly one of my rooms was vacated before the end of the period for which it was booked.I notified them beforehand and requested them to transfer the day it wasn't to be occupied to my other room since I had already paid for both rooms but they would hear none of it.I advise anybody wishing to spend their time in Dubai to book this hotel only as a last resort.
