Just spent a week here with our 1-year-old and loved the hotel, especially the service. Our one-bedroom apartment was very nice and clean. The location is great if you're comfortable using the metro (which is really convenient in Dubai). The service was outstanding from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping (Nino and Minga). Our toddler was also very well treated. The pool area is nice and the kiddie pool was great, though sadly the construction right next door made it a bit noisy outside. The gym was excellent.

I recently met Mr. Lakai Mitra, the Concierge, and I must say his service was truly exceptional. From the moment I approached him, he ensured that every detail of my query was handled with professionalism and genuine care.

He provided clear and comprehensive guidance about the metro system, including different stops, interchange stations, and the best routes to reach various destinations. His explanations were easy to understand and extremely helpful for navigating the city.

In addition to this, he arranged a taxi for me promptly and also briefed me about important Dubai city rules, etiquette, and general guidelines to make my stay more comfortable and smooth.

Overall, my stay became significantly more enjoyable because of his dedication, hospitality, and outstanding customer service. He is truly a valuable asset to the team, and I’m genuinely grateful for his support.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to the maintenance team—Charlie and Lane—for their quick and efficient support. The breakfast was great, and the pool area was clean and relaxing.

I would especially like to appreciate Security Officer Sarim. He was extremely kind, supportive, and always responded quickly in a very polite manner. His professionalism truly made our stay even better.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to visit Dubai—and this hotel—again. Highly recommended for couples!

I’ve been staying here for six months, and I’m very satisfied.
The gym and pool are excellent, and the coffee at the café is really good.
The breakfast buffet changes a little each day, so it’s always enjoyable.
They also refill all the room amenities as needed.
Most of all, the staff are kind and make the place feel very comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about our comfort.

Great Stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City. The hotel team was very accommodating and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated after an early arrival.

We were also upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom suite, a spacious 80 sqm apartment that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — truly a home away from home. Our room was on a lower floor, so we did notice some traffic noise from the main road, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort.

The breakfast buffet was very good, offering a nice selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The swimming pool and gym facilities were clean and well maintained.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the metro station — just a 2-minute walk away. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
