Oyo 184 Central Paris Hotel in Dubai

The building isn't new yes, but it could do with a bit of cleaning. No effort is made when it comes to cleaning. The bedding, the towels, not suitable even for a pauper. Staff was helpful though.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Cleanliness and Service

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, and there were insects present, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the reception staff, but they failed to take any action or address my concerns.

Despite repeated complaints, the hotel refused to offer a refund or even move me to a better room. This lack of responsiveness and care for their guests is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. There are better options in Dubai where customer service and hygiene are taken seriously.

Me and my husband rent a room and it’s not clean the room and the bathroom was very dirty and there was a leak coming from the toilet. The service was very bad. The receptionist he was very rude to us. There is no tissue and soap and shampoo. Zero service…..! I will never gonna come in this hotel again. I can’t recommend this hotel for my friends and families.

dirty place.. no towel.. even no water bottle.. rooms are dirty, bed are too smell..mattress are like trucker sound.. i think they are not changing bed sheets ... totally waste of money and time

This is a horrible place. Unprofessional staff with horrible tiny unclean rooms with dirty bed linen and cockroaches. This place is not suitable for good cultured people. On top of it the people are cheats. BEWARE, don't fall for its name. In short it is a red-light hotel.

It is a one star hotel and hence deserves a one star rating. Staff need to get a crash course in hospitality management. Although it is just opposite a metro, the location is not ideal for women and families. Not recommended!
