Wave International Hotel in Dubai

My stay at the Wave Hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in shocking condition. So many things were broken, the bathroom was disgusting with mold everywhere, water leaking all over the floor, and it was so tiny that nobody could even fit comfortably inside. The bedsheets were dirty, smelly, and clearly not washed. To make things worse, the AC didn’t work properly you either have it on at a very high temperature or turn it completely off using the breaker box because the thermostat wasn’t working , making the room unbearable.

When I reported all of this to the staff, they refused to help me cancel my reservation. Instead of acknowledging the horrible conditions, they still charged me a cancellation fee. It was unbelievable and completely unacceptable.

This hotel is in terrible shape, has zero professionalism, and does not care about guests. I highly recommend avoiding the Wave Hotel at all costs. This place should not be operating in these conditions.

Bad experience. Bed bugs . Water issue toilets not flashing . Tried to charge extra money for a
day even once we checked out . Be careful anyone who choose this hotel

Be cautious of extra charges! The cashier added a separate transaction fee for card payments in their restaurants which wasn't clearly mentioned. Not a good experience. Consider checking bills carefully before paying.
