My stay at Citymax Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The environment of the hotel is very peaceful, clean, and comfortable, which makes guests feel relaxed and happy.
The quality of service is excellent, and the food is also very good. The hotel provides a calm atmosphere, a nice lounge facility, and helpful guidance for guests. The laundry system is also very efficient and well organized, which makes the stay even more convenient.
I would especially like to appreciate the hotel management. The General Manager is a very professional, hardworking, and cheerful person who leads the team in an excellent manner. Manager Mr. Rahul also performs his duties with great responsibility and professionalism.
Supervisor Saif, and at the reception Mr. Umar, especially Jack, along with the rest of the staff, treat guests with great politeness, respect, and proper guidance, which leaves a very positive impression on visitors.
The housekeeping staff also perform their duties with honesty and dedication, maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness. Similarly, the City Café and coffee shop team provide excellent food and service.
Overall, my stay at Citymax Hotel was a wonderful and memorable experience.

The lady receptionist is having a little attitude problem too.
Its a party hotel - with music non stop from the club - you will hear it all night everywhere!
And - non stopping crowds at the reception.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights for me. There were many choices, including a lot of Indian dishes as well as some Western options. The staff in the restaurant area were excellent — very friendly and attentive. They cleaned the tables quickly and made the dining experience very pleasant.
The room itself was clean but not very spacious. The view from my room wasn’t great either since it was facing another building. Amenities were basic but sufficient. The bathroom had towels, body wash, shampoo, and there was also a kettle and bottled water in the room.
Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and made the bed, but the bed sheets were not changed daily. At check-in we also had a small issue with the key card, which took about 30–45 minutes to resolve.
One thing to note is that there was no luggage assistance service when we arrived. Also, one of the charging sockets in the room wasn’t working, although the AC and other facilities worked well.
The location is very convenient. It’s easy to find taxis right in front of the hotel, and places like Day To Day market and BurJuman Mall are within walking distance.
Overall, it’s a clean and convenient hotel with a great location and friendly restaurant staff. For a mid-range, budget-friendly stay, it’s a good option and I would consider staying here again.

Breakfast was acceptable but not outstanding. The selection of food was mostly the same every day, and after 8:00 am the dining area became overcrowded and lacked sufficient capacity.
The hotel location was convenient, close to the metro and the historical part of Dubai. This was an advantage because of the affordable dining options nearby, although the surrounding area felt rather ordinary.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay in Dubai, and your hotel contributed positively to our experience.
