I booked this hotel for 4 nights, the day before arrival I checked reviews one more time and saw that just 1-2 days before people left comments that there are many beg bugs and cockroaches in the room. They even downloaded pictures of their arms bitten.
I got really scared and texted the customer service to cancel the reservation and get the refund back. Because the pace is very unsafe. The customer service texted this hotel to make a refund.
However, the hotel rejected paying a refund😭
This place is very dangerous because of the lack of hygen and beg bugs. As well as rude to its customer for not paying a refund back.
Definitely not recommended!

I saw 2 cockroaches and the bathroom water is leaking

Crucial point:
There were bed bugs in the room, and cockroaches occasionally crawled out. The bed bugs bit us badly at night, leaving our bodies itchy and scratching. The bites leave marks that itch for several days afterward. We saw 1-2 cockroaches every day. Also, the carpet in the room had a bad smell. These were all very unpleasant aspects of our stay.
Now for the good points, and there were many:
- Very friendly and polite staff who performed their duties well and were always helpful and informative.
- Tea and coffee supplies were replenished daily.
- Bottled water was provided every day.
- The cleaning was excellent daily (though, unfortunately, it didn't solve the bed bug problem).
- It was quite quiet at night, except for passing airplanes.
- The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the metro. It's easy to get to. There are good supermarkets with great prices along the way.
Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent staff, but something urgently needs to be done about the bed bugs and cockroaches; they really ruin guests' stays. I'm still itching from the bites. This is a very negative aspect.

I'm currently facing a serious problem. I requested a two-day extension at this hotel, and since I couldn't book it through Trip.com, the reception staff on-site said yesterday that they would confirm it, but didn't specify a deadline for payment. However, when I went to reception last night to pay for the 370 riyals x 2 days (740 riyals total), they unilaterally canceled my reservation in their internal system without my consent. I'm currently in room 219, and the reception staff here now says it's an overbooking issue. The hotel's negligence is ruining my valuable trip. What should I do? Please help me before I have to check out of the hotel.

Worst hotel I had in Dubai. Please do yourself a favor not to book on this hotel.
Location: So hard to find and crowded.
Room Situation: Room smells like **** and smells like burned cigarrete. Escalated this with reception but they just give me air freshener. Some facility are dusty like TV remote.
You can hear the noise/banging in the other room.
Room is also very small, you can barely move in washroom.
Indian reception is also RUDE!

I’m currently staying at Royal Tulip Hotel Dubai for a month, and I must say – it has exceeded all my expectations!
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping team. They keep the room spotless every day, and the bed is extremely comfy – I’ve been sleeping so peacefully. It’s also impressively quiet despite being in a busy area, which is a big plus.
What truly made my stay special is the kindness and professionalism of the manager, Mr. Ashraf. When I mentioned that my luggage was large, he immediately arranged a more spacious room for me. I also told him that I have allergies, and without hesitation, he provided me with a room that had no carpet. His respectful and accommodating attitude really made me feel at home.
This hotel is clean, calm, and well-managed. I highly recommend Royal Tulip Hotel Dubai, and I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Royal Tulip hotel is a gem of a place in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Deira, and close to the Gold Souq metro station. The staff are exemplary, the environment is just like being at home. The customer service is second to none. No amenities but it's still amazing for a 3 star hotel. But fantastic overall experience. Will definitely be back- I used to stay at the JBR resort. Not any more this is my new place now!
