We stayed in the main Manor House which we loved as were close to everything and the rooms are out of this world, you really feel like you are staying in a palace

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by a smile and exceptional service by Andrew who got us checked in and showed us to our room

They really go out of there way to show you how much they care and also give out really nice gestures that go a long way

The hotel is like something from a fairytale, it’s immaculate and every corner you turn is just beautiful

Absolutely thrilled! Luxury and extravagance are the main themes. The pool area feels like a nightclub. This is the most affordable luxury hotel you'll find in Dubai, and it's not overrun by Chinese tourists

On a business trip to Dubai, I chose the Four Points. It's very close to both the exhibition center and the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, and quite spacious

A bit far from the metro station BurJuman (almost 20 min walk), which is our favourite location in Dubai thanks to all the nice restaurants there

Amazing place for the money. Located few minutes from the Metro Station. very clean and cozy.

- The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. - There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable. - Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere

- The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers. Final thoughts: The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere

The place was clean and beautiful, but I wasn't pleased with the hotel's service. They repeatedly called us, bothering us three times from the front desk, just to remind us that we needed to check out before 12:30

There's a large shopping center across the street with lots of stores. The pool is average, not very large, and it's in the shade after 12:00 PM

We are right next to the kids friendly lagoon pool (we just found out there are two lagoon pools) and the daycare facility which our baby enjoys. There is also a splash pad for kids
