Out of the several hotels I stayed at this trip, this one was just okay in terms of value for money. We didn't get a sea view room, so the room experience itself was pretty average. I wouldn't recommend staying in the side rooms – they're small, don't get much light, and have no view. However, the outdoor facilities are excellent! There are five swimming pools and a very long private beach, perfect for a relaxing day. My kids had a blast.

We’ve had a lovely stay at the resort, the staff was super helpful and friendly. I also had no issues with my gluten free dietary requirements. Only remark, all drinks for dinner needed to be paid extra, I think at least water should be included in half board.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The lounge access truly made it extra special – relaxing vibes, delicious food, and outstanding service. A big thank you to Joseph and Su for their warm hospitality! The only downside was during check-out, when our late check-out request was handled rudely, and we were asked to leave the room immediately.

Loved this hotel - service is wonderful and staff couldn't do more for you. We received a free upgrade for my birthday without informing them of the date which was a lovely touch.
All on site restaurants are lovely - we had the dine around option.

The resort is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Palm. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort, making my stay truly relaxing.
The dining options are exceptional, with a wide variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisines from around the world. The breakfast spread was outstanding, full of fresh and high-quality choices. The spa and wellness facilities are world-class, offering a sense of peace and rejuvenation.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service – every staff member was attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Whether by the pool, on the beach, or at the restaurants, the hospitality was flawless.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction.
On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services).
Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable.
When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.
While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.
