I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities.
The staff deserves special mention — very courteous, professional, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great value for money.

We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai from Dec 21–25 as a family of four, and the experience was nothing short of flawless.

From the moment we checked in (despite it being peak season) to checkout, the service was impeccable. What truly stood out was Taj’s “stealth service” — the team was always one step ahead, proactively anticipating our needs so we never had to ask for anything. Everyone wore a genuine smile, and customer satisfaction was clearly at the heart of everything they did.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a family with kids.

The upkeep, housekeeping, views, and overall comfort were outstanding. The grand lobby and beautifully decorated common areas, especially during Christmas, were simply stunning.

Dining was another highlight. From fine Indian dining to lavish breakfasts at Palm Kitchen, the food quality, variety, and service were exceptional, with great attention to Indian, Middle Eastern, and even gluten-free options.

Facilities like the pool, private beach, gym, and kids’ activity areas were all extremely well managed, with staff constantly ensuring guests were well taken care of.
Taj truly sets the gold standard for hospitality. The “Taj-ness” shines through in every detail. A flawless five-star experience — we will most definitely be back.

If I have to nitpick and pick one con, it would be the time it takes to drive outside the Palm and get to Dubai central district as it takes a while to drive through Cresent Rd.

The hotel location, staff, food, Christmas Celebration everything was great. The staff took care the food part of baby well.

It’s ok. Nice 5 star hotel with clean rooms and facilities. The location is ok, coz you need always a taxi if you don’t want to stay in the hotel. It’s a hotel, not a resort like Atlantis or others. Its not allowed to take towels from the hotel to public beaches or waterparks. Hotel Pool and Beach is ok. Benefit is a playroom for kids. The food is great, a bit pricy though.
The staff is really kind and helpful, top service.

We recently dined at the hotel- VARQ restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. The dinner spread was excellent with a good variety of mouth watering dishes, great presentation and refreshing taste. Special appreciation and recognition for Chef Harshit Jain who served us with amazing dishes. He is a valuable asset to the hotel.

What really made the experience memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special appreciation to Mr. Arjun whose warm service, attentiveness, and genuine care added a personal touch to the evening.

Overall, it was a lovely dining experience, and the excellent service recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable dinner with great hospitality.

My mom and I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and had a wonderful view. Beach was very calm and clean.
Yoga each morning was also great. We tried all restaurants at the hotel and each of them were great. Cakes at the cafe were also very good.
Would definitely come back again.

Although the hotel is located at the far end of Palm Jumeriah, it’s not an issue at all if you’re driving. The facilities are excellent, with a superb beach and pool. The bath amenities are Molton Brown, adding a refined touch. The rooms are spacious and stylish, making this hotel well worth recommending.
