Our 12 year old really enjoyed the kids club - play station, air hockey, and table tennis kept him occupied all afternoon :)
One more mention I feel needs to be made - the valet guys - a large function was starting as we left, so many people arriving AND leaving at the same time, they were a well oiled machine.
We really look forward to returning again soon.

The location on the Palm is a little farther from Downtown Dubai, but the complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall makes it very convenient and helps save on taxi costs.
Overall, the service completely won us over, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We left truly happy with our experience!
