A fabulous hotel on The Palm.
It lost a star simply because of the price of bottled water.
Water is something we all need, it isn’t a luxury item it’s a necessity.
I know it’s a premium 5 ⭐ resort but come on guys £11 for a bottle of water is naughty
Putting that aside the hotel is beautiful with its own private beach.
Our room was fabulous. Tastefully decorated, beautiful linens and furnishings.
We were half board, the food was exceptional as you would expect for a high end hotel.
Service was exemplary ax expected.

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and helpful—always ready to assist with the utmost grace and professionalism.
What stood out most was the way they made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was a simple question, a request, or a small favor, they always responded with a sense of ease and joy, as if they were truly happy to do even more. That attitude of “this is nothing, we’re happy to help you even further” was consistent across the board—from the reception and concierge team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even security.
The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and serene—but it’s the people who really elevate the experience. It never felt transactional; it felt personal.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Dubai The Palm Hotel, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of the duty administrator, Ramzan. My room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean, with amenities that provided a sense of absolute comfort.
I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast at La Coco Family restaurant by the pool and the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone’s throw from Nakheel Mall. This proved to be a great advantage, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The entire stay was filled with tranquillity and delight, and I can confidently say that I will return here again. Thank you to the Andaz Hotel staff for their hospitality and high level of service! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz. Firstly, the food is incredible. We stayed half board and you can choose whether you have lunch or dinner, which is really handy. You also get unlimited soft drinks free with meals. Every meal time there was so much on offer and all so fresh and cooked to a high standard. The service was also brilliant; the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. The rooftop pool is really chilled with nice vibes and lastly the location is great with the palm on your doorstep and a short taxi ride to Downtown.

What an incredible hotel! My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The staff were nothing short of 10/10—they were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing.

3 adults booked a suite, the room was very comfortable, the hotel has two swimming pools, the scenery is super beautiful, suitable for vacation. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the opposite Nakheel Mall, which is super convenient👍👍👍

We booked a twin room, but when we got to the hotel front desk we were told that only a king-size bed was available. We were charged 6,000 RMB for upgrading to a suite with an extra bed for 3 nights, but we were not given any compensation.

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast has many varieties and tastes good! Room service tastes very good! It's just that the swimming pool has to be shared with the housing estate, and it has to be walked for a while, which is a bit inconvenient!
