This place deserves more stars! We stayed for 7 days (2 adults). You will definitely feel like home! The energy never lies. Excellent location, amazing views from pool & jacuzzi

- Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Other places don't look this great! - Restaurant, chill areas, pool area, terrace; all are elegant and so cozy

Service 10/10! - Of the few places where they speak English! - They helped us order food one night at 10:30pm, ordered our taxi rides, and even asked us every night what we wanted to have for breakfast the next morning so we could reserve on time

Food is better than in many restaurants (and way cheaper)! - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are an incredible mixture of delicious local food and an international variety of plates like English & French breakfasts, pasta-carbonara, and stakes

- 15 min walk from a plaza with attractions, amazing restaurants, local stores, and much more. - Some of the attractions include a roller coaster, zip-line from the top of a mountain, cable car up-down, & others

Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, even in the attic room is very good soundproofing. The biggest downside is going uphill in the evening with a gear

It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests

The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it

The service, the staff, I liked everything. Everyone is very polite, attentive. It is on the river, there is a beach, everything is new and clean in the room

I know 3 hotels in Kovel area - the best and most comfortable is Comfort in Kovel but U should already book it in advance because its often fully occupied, the worst one is Zolota Pidkova - it is already old, quite dirty and U have a big chance to be attacked by insects who are constant inhabitants in rooms and the third one is Shelter in Kolodiazhne, just outside Kovel - most of the times it has free...

I stayed in Shelter Hotel in 2009\2010 five times. And even though my stay there was short and transit on my way between Amsterdam and Kyiv I wished to make it longer: so spoiled makes you feel personnel of the hotel

Cordial welcome, burning fireplace, solid furniture and local breakfast in the morning: an island of comfort in the middle of nowhere in Western terms

They are ready to welcome you in the middle of the night when it is -20 C and the road is hidden under the deep snow

Very clean with very nice style & way of building. Just I would like to point few points which could make this place much better. The rooms did not have anything a part of the basic furniture, towels & 2 cups !!

The is a grill and they will happily provide you with everything you need. The spa is nice, a small swimming pool and a sauna (it's not included, but it's cheap)

The staff were nice & gave us free tea each time we needed, but I can see that they are lacking hospitality training to run such an amazing place. So I guess keeping more iteams in the room will make it much much better

you will need to have your own Shower gels, shampoo, water. You can ask for hair dryer from receptionist, just keep in mind if you are living at the 4th floor you will have to walk down to order anything you need

I gave it 5 stars coz of the price which is very good compared to other hotels in Bukovel at this time of the year & taking in account the level of the hotel itself. The hotel is near from the center of Bukovel

This is not a fancy hotel, we didn't conduct an audit with white gloves, but every corner is saturated with the soul of the owners, our culture, we were absolutely satisfied with everything! The breakfasts were especially impressive, I'm picky about cheesecakes, but here they were some of the best in my life! Gorgeous Hutsul decorations everywhere, food in restaurant is wonderful (try hrechka with mushrooms), space for dog(s) to run around, WiFi in the room is 20 down 60 freakin up. Great stop for hiking in the region!

They called here and lo and behold, there was 1 free number. We settled in quickly and without question. In the morning we have already examined the territory well, it is very beautiful and well-groomed

We had a force majeure with another hotel (called "Skeeta". We arrived late in the evening, and they sold our rooms to other people). And at 10 pm I had to quickly look for another option

We rested in August together, we were 100% high! For us, it's exactly the place where you want to escape for a weekend in the Carpathians

Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair)

Nice new and cozy hotel. Popular for families with kids. Great view at least from the one side. Swiming pool 26 C. Barbecue area and testy restaurant. Stayed there in August 2016 for 10 days.

A solid top five for the restaurant (interesting interior and delicious cuisine. Standard room — no complaints (although he stayed there only one night). From interesting — there is a Chan in the open air

Every day in our room we have changed of all towels and we have a lot of bottles of mountains drink water. Next very nice impressions it’s four difference swimming pools (two in the hotel, and two in the open sky)

Go in the winter to go skiing. The rooms are nice, Deluxe song at all. To the lift station called a taxi-50 UAH for 4 persons. There is a drying room for shoes and skis

I was very impressed by the recent designer renovations in some rooms in the Pravda building – room 3 with a magnificent view is a 10! Among the downsides: too much chlorine in the pools and jacuzzis, and the restaurant is clearly not designed for the 30 rooms in the hotel

The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the pools offer incredible mountain views, the rooms are clean and beautiful (we were a large group and stayed in the Rotonda cottage – we loved it), and the food was delicious

The chan is in a corner by the river, the view is super picturesque, it was snowing, and we sat in the chan and drank fragrant Carpathian tea with honey 🥰 Take towels and bathrobes with you if you are not staying at the hotel, but just came to the chan

We were a family for the weekend, I really liked it. Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious food. On the territory there is a small pool and vats

The lady in the hut recommended dishes to us, we took mushroom soup, grilled potatoes with feta cheese and cracklings, kebab, sauerkraut and uzvar. Looking ahead, I will say that the dishes were sooooo delicious

We stopped by this place on our way to the waterfall. The hotel is in a very picturesque location. We toured the vats and liked that each vat has a spacious, equipped gazebo for a small group

On February 10, 2026, we took the chans for an hour and a half, then had lunch in the hut. We made an order in the hut for a time after the chans, which is very convenient

Of the minuses - the lack of a transfer, and the ride is not close - about 70 km from Svalyava. RECOMMEND! This is the place where you want to come again and again

We had 10 people to come, 8 arrived, and one refused in front of the train. Well, they did not go, then their problems, we thought (the deposit was paid 50%) but of course no one was going to return the deposit

Pretty nice place to stay during Plaj ski tour. There ia a restaurant with local Ukrainian cuisine so you won't be hungry. Also during warm summer days you can enjoy medium size pool

But it IS, after all, an authentically built wooden bungalow, so what can really be expected? - The food is uncommonly pricey for a Carpathian retreat, but is well worth it. The pros, however, far outweigh the cons

Friendly, helpful, heartwarming attitude. The cook is amazing professionally, and as a person. Very authentic Carpathian experience. + Design is warm and relaxing, believably authentic without excesses

Swimming in it surrounded by mountains, forests and rural landscapes is truly an experience! One thing I would say for sure - I definitely wish to come back, probably sometime at winter

At Panska Sadyba it is almost impossible to find flaws. The very few there are, I should list right away: - Sound proofing is by far the biggest single flaw

Also, you can eat snacks, drinks, food in the Chan itself, which is not ubiquitous. And the price is not always in the 600 hryvnia, sometimes 500, sometimes 400, sometimes 700, it depends on the season

Also the beautiful ascent to the hotel, laid out of the stones, and when it is dark, there is a beautiful backlight. If you are traveling to the vats in lumshory, then I recommend you this otel

And if you order a Chan Eid the evening, then if you will not have anyone, then you can sit there as much as you want
