Friends in the room had something with the TV, the administrator solved the problem, moved to another room. The only thing that we didn’t understand was the situation with the pool

On the first day we were only 1 hour, and on the second day it should have been 3 hours (we asked to sign up for the evening, and more than once), but somehow it turned out that about us forgot and gave us only an hour and a half for the pool and sauna

We were in this hotel for 3 days. We arrived at 10:00 in the morning and we were immediately settled without any problems, this is a huge +. The rooms are clean enough, hot water, TV, necessary furniture

Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! Pls they organised flowers and cake for my 40th birthday by my husband’s request and we happily celebrated it in my beloved home city of Odesa! Cons: thin walls, no sleep from neighbors, a small pool, and not enough gazebos for the number of guests

How can you rate all the rooms when you're only staying in one? Our air conditioning worked perfectly. And there were no issues with everything else. you should have reviewed all the accommodations when booking

We rested with my husband at the end of January 2022. The room is perfectly clean and spacious. The only bottleneck is the road. In winter, it is quite problematic to overcome the last 500 meters

Friends, we're vacationing at Rixos again and are excited to share some great news: the hotel now offers dance classes every evening

Pros: Clean resort, friendly staff, wonderful rooms. Cons: Small pool, overpriced restaurant, poor quality food, majority of staff only speaks Ukrainian.

Good resort with a lot of SPA and medical services. There are doctors onsite, who can create a treatment plan. Their menu of procedures is super big. Starting from massages and finishes with local mineral treatment

The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily, robes (there was also a children's one) and bed linen changed every three days, and towels changed daily. The buffet has a good variety, but we only ate breakfast

After talking with a family—a mother, grandmother, and two five-year-old twins—who rented a room for 1,450 UAH, we found out that the beds are the same (a double bed and a fold-out sofa), and the spa and buffet breakfast are all included

However, it turns out these rooms must be booked in advance, possibly for 10 days (it's best to check with the receptionist). I'd like to mention a few details. There's a water pump on each floor

We had two Comfort rooms, and there was a special offer waiving the extra bed fee for the 5-year-old child. The final price was 2,000 UAH, and 2,500 UAH with a 12-year-old child

Excellent! But in my humble opinion people come here to listen the sounds of the nature around rather than music. Please consider to switch it off completely outside. The sound of nature is much more relaxing 😊

I Liked the spa and indoor swimming pool. Our room with balcony view on the ski slops and snowy Mounties. Good room size with nice balcony. But the twin bed matters was very hard and bad. The bathroom was big and clean
