A very good hotel. In the city centre convenient to get to different places znamenitim.

I went here a few years ago, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. I wish I took pics of hotel, its architecture and designs is very unique.

For all of you who for some reason want from our modern European city to travel back in the days of the Soviet party elite and to feel a part of it, have coffee in the lobby and enjoy the views of the Mariinsky

Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful

There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it

The place, the activity, the thought. It's so cool to go outside in the morning, at lunchtime, or in the evening. The capsule is a whole other story; how crazy it is in itself, you just have to experience it

I enjoyed staying in monotel celebrating my 33th birthday. the view on church is amazing, sleeping in capsula is exotic experience, I liked talking to the receptionist who is super chilled and kind

I liked the single-family hotel. It's cool that everything is futuristic, as if set in some future time. A few issues arose during check-in, but no one is immune to them

As far as I am concerned, I never tried that kind of experience before and I didn't expect that it was so great! Sleeping inside a capsule like if you are going on the moon

I'd plan to come here everytime for work-related stays that are both short or long term. The staff was a especially receptive, proactive, and in the best of moods to help out around the clock

A luxurious hotel that provides a sense of security, comfort and a high level of service. Delicious food, extremely attentive staff and a bomb shelter that you want to go down to when necessary.

The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee

We had a quiet room on the 3th floor, with a courtyard view, out of street noise. There are some parking lots inside, you can ask the staff to book a place there for free, so you don't need to keep your car on the street

It is in the city center, but in quite area. Very specious apartments. You can stay for one day or for a year, that is very convenient.

With my visit of Senator City Center in June of 2021, upon entrance of the hotel I was immediately greeted by friendly staff that not only introduced everything to me but also helped me with my heavy luggage after a long flight from Miami

I had to stay at Senator for temporary housing, and the staff and customer service experience was excellent. The front desk staff greeted my dog daily, and made us feel very comfortable. The cleaning staff was amazing

Near the place there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and sightseeing destinations. The girls at the reception were so kind that they even helped us organize tour arond the Kyiv

The good points about staying at the hotel are the central location, the room styles, the friendly and English speaking staff but the bad points are the noise as you'd hear people in the morning when they're opening or closing their doors since the rooms require old style keys instead of new digital ones + the rooms are not dark enough as they lack draping and extra curtain layers to make the room...

Very well located, and very helpful staff. The rooms themselves feel a bit old fashioned in their lighting since this is an old hotel. Good and inexpensive food at their restaurant.

Great location. Reasonable price. It doesn't have any frills, but it is exactly what it says it is with a basic breakfast, standard bed, comfortable, clean room.

You are in the heart of the city at very walkable distance, good breakfast served for 300-400 UAH and LAUNDRY with Tumble DRYING for 200 UAH per session

The hotel is nice and rooms are spacious but I suggest to book a superior room. It is a clean and the reception is efficient and kind. The position is central but there is an uphill before reaching the hotel.

I have stayed in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the past and the experience of Staying at the Royal Olympic exceeded the Waldorf. The decor of the hotel is fantastic if your really into clean classic looks

Everyone spoke english enough to get me where i needed considering i didnt speak the language. We had a great time great experience and i will be returning there again in November and December

Basic hotel cosmetics, slippers and bath robes are provided. From the disadvantages: high price, limited TV channels with bad signal, and during my stay there was some problems with water pressure

An old style hotel but with good features. It is central, its WiFi is very good and fast and the breakfast, which is made on your order, is also very good

Great central location but not noisy. Personnel was very polite abs attentive to all our needs. We were there while the Russian barbarians were still continuing their attack on Ukraine, but Kyiv was completely safe

Small boutique hotel in the centre of town, suitable for single and doubles races, travel, etc. Nearby - metro offices at the hem, plenty of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel personnel made sure e feel safe and they were ready to evacuate us to the closest shelter in case of an emergency. Hope to visit again after Ukraine's victory

I Stayed last April , 2013 for 4 days , Overall great value if you consifer the room quality , Hotel service, breakfast, location , and good WIFI. I am returning again in November

Now it is my rest place when I come in Kiev for my job at least three time by year. Due to its location in the center, it is an excellent place to stay in Kiev

First of all, the location is wonderful - in the old centre of the city, quiet and rich with historical landmarks

The staff is kind and professional, check in procedure was amazingly quick and uncomplicated, without any papers to fill in. I recommend for breakfast to visit Khlebnyy café and bakery just around the corner

Secondly, the design of the hotel itself (corridors) and the room (at least where we stayed) were marvelous! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated with flowers painted on concrete

The lighting created a cozy atmosphere and all the little details contributed to it. Additionally, a pleasant morning bonus is a capsule coffee machine in the room

Great little boutique hotel a little bit away from most things but just 30 minutes walk from attractions. Great staff, clean and modern rooms.

The location is 10-15min by walking to center. There is no fridge but the hotel has kitchen so you can use from there. There is no wifi . The stuff cant speak english well but they are nice and kind.

The location here is perfect - on an even distance from the heart of the city and the old historic centre Zoloti Vorota. The rooms are cute and clean, but the bed could be more comfortable

This hotel is really nice. There is incredibly quiet inside and outside, very friendly personal, clean rooms and good service. For me it's an ideal place for staying during business-trip.

Very safe and comfortable atmosphere, not only facility, but also city district around the hotel. You can order hot meals and coffee from the menu (it is included in room fare)

For wanted is just the perfect place: comfortable beds, Chistota, self closing drawers, the presence of the slow cooker, kettle, iron, washing machine and microwave. Convenient location and comfortable home and yard.

Cooking facilities are excellent though only one person can cook at a time and there are two large refrigerators and freezers. Everywhere is kept extremely clean and you can come and go 24 hours a day

Really cosy place to stay. It is really cheap, in the same building is little shop, where you can buy food. Almost everything is in walking distance. Love it.

Small but cozy. Beds aren't large, but very comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets clean and new. Kitchen is tiny, but it has everything you need.

Centrally located, most places were a $5 uber away

The rooms were excellently equipped with kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The staff was brilliant, most speaking 4-6 languages and very helpful about ongoing events in the city

There was a private driveway with parking. We were traveling with small children and I appreciated the privacy while loading and unloading. Very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy within in a block

Personal is very friendly and helped us many times with early morning breakfast, with Kiyev map and recommendations to go. Rooms were cleaned every day with extra bottled water and the rooms were quiet

I was during very hot times and it came really handy. Comfy bed, good Internet connection. The room is relatively small, so there was no desk to work at. And this loacation is pretty tough to come to for the locals

I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance

But we communicated via a translator app, no problem. The beds are very comfortable and nice linens. The beds are firm Which suits my taste. Walkable to a lot of dining options and a couple of small stores

Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv

Really liked this hotel I love this hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. I chose to buy breakfast at the attached cafe. Half know English and half one or two do not
