Lovely room on 7th floor overlooking Maidan, staff were amazing! Huge bed with a delightful sitting room, fridge, bathroom was large with a deep bath. Absolutely spotless. Staff were delightful and reception spoke English very well. I did have to go to the onsite bomb shelter, which was surprisingly comfortable with chairs to sit in, or like me, found a place to lie down.

If it's your first time to Kyiv, I highly recommend the Hotel Ukraine. It's an iconic, Soviet-era hotel with an outstanding view of the Independence Monument and Maidan Square - the heart of Kyiv. It is a nice resort and it's worth a visit, especially during the winter holidays. The prices are average and the food is incredible. There are lots of activities, skiing, snowboarding and many more, so you don't get bored. Also, it is a great place to visit during summer time. The nature is very beautiful and there is a lake were you can sunbath.

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs. The breakfast is perfect. All of their services are impeccable.

Certainly the best&biggest fast growing resort in Ukraine. 75 km of ski slopes, 17 ski lifts. A lot of activities for all ages year round. Ski, snowboard, mountain bike& hiking, bungee jumping, SPA, lake, ethnic par and petting zoo.

My first rip to Ukraine with my cousin and I, we were hosted by a very well spoken Maria at the front desk who was very helpfull amongst the ever so changing flight scheaule in UKraine and she helped us personally with finding out the newly flights out .... Stayed here on during a conference in Kyiv. It was a pleasant experience! The rooms are great and have a classic vibe, the team is great and helpful! SPA is impeccable. The atmosphere there is amazing. Loved that they have events like soundhealing and yoga there.

Came here for conference and stayed one night, both of which were on a top level. Nice and functional conference facilities. Staff were just amazing and helpful. The room was cozy, comfortable and I had a great night sleep. Definitely recommend visiting one of the restaurants, the food is definitely worth trying. Really enjoyed staying here. Either you’re staying after a conference, or just here for a getaway for a weekend - amazing place to unwind. I've had two longish stays in the past few months at Kyiv Hyatt. Could not be more impressed with the hotel. Not the easiest time to maintain a high standard but the hotel operation is first rate. The stay at the Hyatt with my fiancé & our daughter was really lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, room was lovely, if I can just say one thing though, I just think for the price there should be at least a breakfast or something included in the price, but otherwise the Hyatt Kyiv, was a lovely stay & would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is located in the center of Kyiv. We were at a conference and decided to book a room! My wife and I were very pleased! It was clean and cozy, and the service was top-notch! The lobby food was delicious. We really liked the fitness center (it's not big, but it has everything: a pool, a sauna, and a gym), and it's all free! There's ample, secure parking!

Good located hotel. The bar is really 24/7, breakfast is good, wide selection. The A/C wasn't working, in my room there was 28-29 degrees in September!!!Staff ready to help, but they are not too kind. The business room was OK, the rest is waiting to get refurbished.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, as does the ground floor and reception area - but everything changes once you reach the corridor and your room. I think 1990 is the date these rooms were created and they have not been changed since. It is clean, but nothing interesting. Parking is tragic, for about 20 cars max and there is always a problem with it. Security doesn't speak English, ladies...

Lobby area is very nice. I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star. Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts.

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

When arrived, we were surprised that the room was thoughtfully prepared for us in advance ( we had an early check in and check out free of charge): there was made an extra bed for our child, even a small bath robe.
