Reviews
🌚 What was most infuriating was the abysmal service. On the evening of March 19th, the tall, Black female receptionist was incredibly rude. I arrived exhausted, and she didn't greet me at all. Her tone was impatient, and she just seemed completely indifferent, making us feel very unwelcome.
🌚 On the daytime shift on March 20th, there were two women working. The Black woman was polite, but the other, a white woman with black hair, was extremely rude. When we asked if the hotel could assist if we had any issues with the parking during our stay, she curtly replied that there was nothing they could do and we'd have to contact the car park ourselves.
Overall, a very poor hotel experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
