Room was clean. Wish the hotel had more amenities and more of a proper lobby. Lots of stairs (no lift)

Hotel is quite run down. With markings over walls and so bad in the room that you could see the plaster board. Was clean but certain amenities such as the kettle we couldn't use as so rusty. Pillows are super thin but overall was an okay stay for one night

Got an upgrade, which was so appreciated . Location is perfect. Easy access to lots of different neighbourhoods. Rooms are dated. Front desk isn’t consistently staffed but the sister hotel of Westbourne Hyde Park is directly across the street. Once the car traffic dies down, it’s extremely quiet given how central it is. Local cafes and restos are convenient and good.

I paid almost €200 for one night and expected it to at least be clean. We got to the room in the afternoon, dropped our stuff off and left right away to go sightseeing. When we got back that evening we found the bathroom and windows had a LOT of mold (see pics). The bathroom smelled moldy too. There were a lot of blonde/light brown long hairs all over the room and the bed. Me and my friend both have black hair so it couldnt be ours. The window wasnt able to open, a screw fell out and it was stuck. There’s big holes in the curtains. We wanted to talk to someone but there was nobody at the service desk. The next morning during checkout there was also nobody there. We had to leave our key card on the desk. Felt like i was at a cheap hostel or motel. I reached out to the hotel and they didnt reply. Its been 4 days. The travel agency also reached out and they didnt reply to them either. Im so disappointed as this was part of my friends birthday trip.

Excellent clean accommodation. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Nice and quiet. Perfect location for easy access to Paddington station. Good value for the money.

Very nice hotel! Staff is good! Room is big and clean! Bed is comfy! Quite! WiFi is good!
The only downside is no left .. but I will definitely come back! It’s worth for the money!

Stay at The Crescent
Really nice hotel with lovely decor. The room had a Nespresso machine and luxury toiletries.

The hotel has been just renovated with new toilet facilities and interiors and at the excellent location however no lift provisions.

The hotel staff were awesome. We booked a room for 4 but they recommend us a bigger one with extra charges, the fan of the room was not working so they gave us a club room, the size was awesome, the air conditioner was working properly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good too. The location was good and close to paddington station.

Spotless and comfortable. Great location. Quiet. And no frills.

I was shocked walking in my room seeing how basic it was but when I woke up after my first night I had decided I LOVED this place.

The bed was perfect after a long day...the staff is so nice and knowledgeable...the breakfast is perfect (cold cuts, breads, cereals...amazingly tasty and great to begin a day with.)

I would recommend this hotel and would book a stay on my own again.

Best Italian in London!
If you want excellent honest Italian food this is the place the pizzas,and pastas are excellent and reasonably priced and all the staff make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go back.

Not a bad restaurant at all !! First of all the service from the waiters is one of the best given to me. I sat with another member invited to order opening garlic bread with mozzarella and mozzarella buffalo. Main courses We ordered gnocchi 4 cheeses, lasagna and pizza with chicken and onion. The first and main dishes were excellent .. the pizza was a little disappointing.

Highly recommended!!! Fantastic restaurant, every time we go the service is wonderful, the staff is friendly and polite. Delicious authentic Italian dishes. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back soon!

We are hear on vacation and love our food. Eaten at 2 Michelin Star restaurants this week and this place has the same quality of food and much better service than both those restaurants! Not to mention a fraction of the price! Restaurant was packed and food was out on the table within minutes... Thank you Ivan for fantastic service. We look forward to our next visit! :)

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything
