Another great stay at Heeton Hotel in Hammersmith and I’m happy to return.

Location is good, near metro, there are lot of resturants near around. The room is clean but there is no table or side desk.

First, the pros: It's incredibly hard to find a hotel with free laundry facilities in the UK, and this place has a simple washing machine (no dryer, though). Luckily, the air conditioning was strong enough to dry everything overnight. Now, for the cons, which are pretty obvious: the room is tiny, and the bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. Even for a petite woman like me, it felt very cramped.

Great location , very easy to commute in and out to London , close to High Street , plenty of shops. Staff are very friendly and nice. Hotel is clean and smell so nice when we enter the reception area.
One thing let us down was the toilet , shower and toilet are separated , shower cabin was very small, need to change clothes outside the shower room.

This is an economy hotel in Fulham, London, and it's truly budget-friendly. Firstly, the room size is quite small, though most London hotels, apart from luxury ones, tend to have compact rooms. Secondly, you have to leave towels by the door with a note if you want them replaced, otherwise they won't be. Thirdly, breakfast is provided, but it's comparable to the packed lunches you'd take on a primary school field trip, and you can only grab a bag to eat it back in your room. Fourthly, I noticed the housekeeping staff looking much like those from a local 'light cleaning' service, bringing their own trolley cases into the rooms to clean. On the bright side, the price isn't too expensive, and it's close to the subway station.

With breakfast included, this is a worthy choice in London. The breakfast is simple yet delicious. Location is excellent with easy access to Piccadilly and Districy line that you can easily travel around London town.

Hotel is conveniently located at Zone 2 of London, Hammersmith station, ease of accessibility to downtown London and even to St Pancras Kings Cross station, mainly, with the use of Piccadilly Line. No qualms about putting up at this hotel the next time we come to visit again.

Nice hotel,lovely , Clean and modern room, close to the train station. Close to restaurants and shops. Doors don't have a double lock from the inside function for security and welcome and goodbye from staff was minimal.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the staff were very friendly. While the bathroom was a bit small, the room itself was clean and pleasant. A microwave in the room was a nice bonus.

We used to be a regular customers, but after refurbishment and change of staff it's not the same place anymore. Misunderstood over a drink, and such a big drama to change it, anty-customer attitude of both bartenders. Gay guy behind the bar playing with his hair and then straight away touching glasses and making drinks.... After he said he was a manager, lol. . Not a great atmosphere to relax after work!

Lovely pub with great food and a cosy fire. It's quite a large pub, so there's pretty much always somewhere to sit which is nice. Drink prices are what you would expect in London and staff are very friendly.

Nice bar but staff serving couldn't pull a pint to save themselves. Seemed to be more interested in being else where.

Recommended for lunch buffet at £6.99 on weekdays up to 3 pm. The price includes unlimited pizza, pasta and salad. Drinks are extra. There are always 6 kinds of pizza (thin and thick), 2 pasta and nice salad bar with many souces. Kids pay only 4.99. The pizzas are always worm, as soon as one finishes, it is replaced.

I wasn't impressed by the fact that you had to order at a counter which is something I've never encountered before at a pizza hut. Plus I didn't find it clear and just sat around waiting for tables service to never arrive. Seating is very cramped and constricted.
