A nice room, very clean and the setting of the hotel is lovely. The walls however are very thin and the rooms are cramped together; I would recommend good earplugs. Expect a wait for the shower and the toilet in the morning.

The property is very close to transport and access to most hostoric sites eith ease. Just the bsthroom which was a little small. The hosts were very welcoming and very responsive to our needs. We have certainly found our go to place in London!

In a fantastic location with tube, bus and Holland Park right at the doorstep. Very well kept grand hotel spacious and comfortable. I had a shared bathroom - this was OK for the reasonable price.

Room and bathroom were clean. Didn’t expect shower room and bathroom to be down the hall, I thought it would be closer to the room; made it awkward when showering. Shower had low pressure and the temperature wouldn’t change from blistering hot. They do give you soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the linens were all very clean. More of a hostel vibe than a hotel

Great boutique hotel
Great stay at this cute hotel that was close to the subway & bus stop/station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Our room could have used a new mattress, but overall it was a great place to call home while in London. The area is safe & we would stay there again.

Bed was in sleep able Thin Mattress on iron Bed Shared Bathroom ok Building Fantastic Staff Nice but if you don’t sleep well ( traffic not an issue ) no point in going anywhere also bit of a strange vibe that has been mentioned in other reviews no plans to return despite the Location

They show on app that they have bathtubs but just shower and some hairs on the ground

Lovely pub - delicious food - maybe the staff could look a little happier

This is a nice pub, a very villagey atmosphere. The staff are really helpful and friendly, you forget you are in London for a moment. I look forward to trying their food soon.

Poor pub etiquette, no last orders warning and the staff charged an overly priced house white. Missed out on a last drink as we were told "We don't do bells". OK. But a shout out or walk round like normal pubs wouldn't go amiss. Won't be back.

We lived about a ten minute walk from here but still considered it our local. Great for a pint of cider, brunch or dinner, and rugby or football. You can reserve tables for your friends during the finals, and the service is always nice. Or just pop in for a cider and some chili crackers after work.

I went there a Sunday and tried the chicken roast and the beef roast. Really good. Quite and nice place. Feel at home.
