We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.

Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. The rooms were clean.. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles. Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great. We would stay here again

There was no drinking water available in the hotel. I was told the hotel is new and does not yet have a water supplier, which is why they only provide water via a lobby dispenser. However, when I needed water at around 1am, the dispenser was empty as well.
When I asked reception for assistance, I was told they’re going to refill the water dispenser and after making me wait for about 20 minutes I was told there was no water available and that I would need to get water from outside. I understand that complimentary bottled water is not always provided, but access to at least purchasable drinking water is a basic need.

Booked this hotel in September 2025 for a two night stay in March 2026 through ***********, to receive a message from them on the 28th Jan to tell me that they have cancelled my reservation and if I wanted to stay I would need to re book at over triple the cost of original booking. My response to them has then been ignored and *********** have had to cancel my booking. Shocking service.

Dear readers, I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Dorstt. During my stay, my gold jewelry was stolen from my hotel room. This completely overshadowed my stay and created a feeling of insecurity. Besides the theft, I am also disappointed with how my complaint was handled. Immediately after the incident, I filed a complaint with reception and also sent an email to customer service. To date, I have not received any response, which has further damaged my confidence in this hotel's customer focus. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The unanswered complaint and the lack of action following the theft are unacceptable.

I would avoid this hotel like the plague. Booked this place months ago on **********. This week I have had an email from them advising me that they need to cancel the rooms I booked due to an error they made with the price. I have already made plans in the local area and now I have to find alternative accommodation, all so they can make a couple of hundred quid more on my rooms. Why not just honour the room and move on. I have written to them twice and they have ignored my communication. I am no going to go out of my way to ensure I never spend a single penny with this company or any of its partnered hotels. Your customer service is a disgrace!

Absolute disgrace of a hotel. Booked 2 rooms 5 months ago for an event next month, booked on a pre-opening special discounted rate and they have just this week cancelled 4 weeks before due to an “incorrect rate error”. It was a promotional rate as hotel wasn't even built, and they have only now realised that due to this large event, they might be able to get more money out of people for that same weekend and have quadrupled the price!! Clearly from the other reviews on here they have only cancelled bookings with more than one room, I have several friends and family who have booked single rooms who conveniently haven’t been cancelled - money grabbing thieves! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, as someone who works in the hospitality industry - word of mouth travels fast!

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Technically not even a pizza. Just a biscuit topped with tomatoes. Desserts have italian names but aretotally different from original recipies. Mad prices. Nice atmosphere.

Food is lovely and the staff are very nice and helpful - giving suggestions of what to order and were patient when we took ages to decide. The tagliolini with prawns and the porcini pasta were particularly top. A little more expensive than what you’d expect of a place like this, but the portions are generous.

I like this place for a drink after work. Great Italian wine list and smoked mozzarella and cured meats for a snack. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice for an after work drink. A touch pricey but it's prime canary wharf real estate. Food is pretty good and it's a nice atmosphere.
