It’s so clean just a bit far from city centre

The hotel was ok, the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear what the people in the next room are saying. Heard someone taking the bins out at 6:55am on a Saturday Morning. Location was great, wouldn’t stay here again

Check in was very seamless using the online link that the hotel sent to my email. Staff were friendly. Though initially they did not include the dental kit and slippers in the room, they were very prompt in getting them to me when I informed the reception.
The hotel allows for storage of luggage after checkout which was a god send as I had a day trip activity after checking out in the morning.
Had a good discussion with the manager about the seamless checking process while I was checking out.

Right near the tube, with a fabulous view of the river and right next to the o2 arena if you take the cable car

It was a really nice place to stay and cosy. Not too far from the underground, like 10 mins walking.

Good for a quick pit stop. Everything was clean apart from the carpet and it was really worn in places. The room is very small but apart from that everything else was ok

Hotel was nice - room was on the small side but fine for 1 night, bed was comfy and shower was hot! Only thing to mention was upon arrival to our room it was a building site on the opposite side of the corridor, which drilling started by 8.30am!! This wasn’t mentioned upon booking in or on their website!
They have a few new staff members so service was a bit slow for drinks and dinner but the food was nice! We would use again!

Really nice hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and bar is nice with happy hour from 4-7. When not raining will try the rooftop bar. Rooms are just a little small and a bit of noise from outside during the night.

My Thai chicken curry was nice... Small menu choice , 1 min away from Excel building, I enjoyed to have a proper meal after 4 days spent in the noice.
