The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities.

The service was amazing. Dinesh was attentive and super kind. Although I arrived early, they arranged for both early check in and offered me an upgrade at a certain price. The room was massive for London standards and I was pleasantly surprised.

Great location and room. It is wise to choice here. Near Blackfriar and City Thames Link station. and there is a Tesco near by. You gonna love it. We need vacuum to store our clothes，they happy to help！

The hotel is very new, and the location is good—it's very close to Blackfriar station. The service quality is good, especially the front desk staff, who was very helpful. Surprisingly, the dinners at two restaurants were very good, and the breakfast was of Hyatt Regency's standard quality.
