A wonderful hotel in a very beautiful location. The staff was very friendly, and the room was large and very clean. We also got breakfast at a great price, and it was delicious (compliments to the chef)! The people who served us breakfast were also very friendly. We plan to stay here again sometime in the future, so yes, it fits all the requirements.

Everything was great about this hotel. The breakfast was convenient, great selection, great upkeep and maintenance. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The free drink is a nice touch as well. Would def stay here again and would recommend! Thanks again!

The on demand hot water was stupid...in relativley cool water all of a sudden a mix of scalding hot water would come out in a burst and almost burn the skin...design problem....upper management and design mistake not staff. Really stupid mistake for such a great hotel.

My destination was the Shard, and it's within walking distance.

We had a brilliant two night stay - room was super comfy and a reasonable size. Breakfast included and was superb, all in all great value for money and excellent experience.

The breakfast was very good, the air-conditioned environment was very comfortable, I slept very well as soon as I arrived at the hotel, without feeling tired from jet lag, and the transportation was also convenient!

Great restaurant with a lively clientele of groups enjoying a great night out, the service received was great and so was the food. Plenty of traditional ales on offer to enjoy in 1/2 pints, full pints or even a Stein (2 pints). Had a great time.

This is the most unfortunate experience I have ever had in a pub, as I walked in with my girlfriend we were all but sneared at by the staff. We ordered food which was not very nice, the chips or pommes frites! Were cold. If you want rude German experience go here, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Overview:
This beerhaus is as close as you are going to get to the real thing in London. Hosts/ess speak German, bear is authentic and tables and chairs too. Note: beer is sold litres not pints

Pros:
The food portions are large and well balanced to a bit big. Beers have a selection from across Germany and the schnapps are all food. Large areas for seating and staff are all friendly

Cons:
The menu is a bit pricy (although forgiven as nearly everything is an import). Toilets are a bit grim with several flies spotted in the bottom rear toilet. As it is a popular spot among city workers, it does get busy in the afternoons/ evenings.

Fun Fact:
If you order half a beer you will end up with 500ml not half a pint.

Very nice service and very pleasant staff. The food and beer is reassuringly German. The atmosphere inside is indeed very authentically Bavarian - made so by the staff in traditional clothing, the layout, and by there being the nice sound of German chatter from other tables. Finding the place using Walking Instruction on Google Maps, though, was a huge protracted nightmare - but the service, layout, atmosphere, food and beer soon made me feel better.
