The room was clean and really nice. The service was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. The hotel is a few minutes from Earls Court tube station. Great location.

I booked a three single beds room in trip.com. 3 single beds is the reason I booked this hotel for 5 nights! However, I just noticed there is no 3 single beds room in this hotel when I checked in the hotel. I was a bit mad and disappointed. I recommended the receptionist to report the information for three single beds room in trip. com is not correct. The receptionist was not helping at all.
I would never book this hotel if I knew there isn't 3 single beds room. I have better options for this price. The room for 3 people is very small because they just put an extra single bed in a room for 2 people.
The check in building is not where my room is. I have to carry my luggage to another building after checking in. The room card need to tap three times to open the door. Interesting!!

Was to bad service and also not safe place I’m not happy

Very comfy bed, location is accessible.
The only issue is we have been given a bedroom at the back of the building where loads of stairs. I have requested a room near the lift due to my visually impaired husband . The staff has sorted the room the following day, which we are happy about.

A basement unit of one person room was arranged. The first time stepped inside and smell the moldings because no window and underground. Turning on the air con becoming better after ventilation operated throughout the room. Modern deco and comfort for 1 person but the price for basement unit should be lower than £80.

Cosy and clean, modern design, got almost everything you need for a short trip, great location both for buses and underground stations, loads of restaurants nearby from different cuisines, great neighborhood

I booked a single room hence the room is tiny (don’t bring too much luggage!) Reception staff pleasant and helpful, room is kept very clean. Shower also with good water pressure (although the overhead shower less so). Overall a pleasant stay.

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.
Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.

When we were in search of Authentic Indian food, luckily we found this tiny non-fancy restaurant, just in-front of Earl's Court Train Station. 100% HALAL. The quality of the food is excellent. We enjoyed the fool and felt like home. Worth and reasonable price. Sure will visit next time.

A hidden gem. Not fancy, but the food is amazing. They have plenty of gluten free options, and the prices are very affordable. Worth getting on the tube from wherever you are, to Earls Court station, a two minute walk.
