I had dinner twice in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, both of which were delicious. There are two restaurants nearby that I like most in the UK this time. One is called the lanesborough and the other is called la mome. They are both on the first floor of two nearby five-star hotels. I highly recommend it!
You can walk directly to Harrods from the hotel, and it is also very convenient to go shopping. I will choose here next time.
We stayed in the Halkin room type, which is very suitable for a family of three.
However, there were two small episodes during the check-in process. One was that the bathtub was leaking, and the maintenance worker had to come into the room to repair it while I was taking a bath, but the manager later expressed his apologies; the other was that when I checked out, I was told that there was a minibar consumption, but in the end it was found that it was the previous guest's charge that was charged to me, and then they wanted to charge me a separate service fee, which I refused. Although all my deposit was returned in the end, I couldn't accept this mistake and behavior.
Of course, the overall situation is still good, and I will still choose this hotel when I come to London next time
