Spent two nights in Pasha's room. Was happy with the bed, balcony and bathroom. 5 minutes to the tube and from there 15-20 minutes to the center of London. In the bathroom on the lamp by the mirror there was a strange stain that was hard not to notice. For breakfast there was a choice of toast, fruit yogurt, cheese, chicken, egg, croissant and tea coffee.

The bed in the room was way too big for the space. One could barely walk around the room. Two people in the room was not comfortable. The bathroom needs some attention. The shower floor ans sinks were cracked. Nowhere to place bathroom items and no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer.

Great location next to the tube station, conveniently close to shops and eateries. Easy and hassle-free check-in. Immaculately clean rooms with great heating, A/C, Large TV and refreshments provided. The shower had good pressure and remained hot even when showering at peak times. Staff were friendly and conscientious. I would stay here again. My only niggle was loud banging/building work at 07:30am, but this was out of the hotel’s control, so would be unfair to judge them on that. Made up for it with a lovely continental breakfast which was re-stocked regularly.

The location is the most recommended reason. It was convenient to use nearby tourist attractions and subways and buses. There were restaurants and cafes nearby, so I used them well.

This certainly isn’t a 5 star hotel, 3 star at best, no facilities in the room and very expensive for the room. Looked at 2 other rooms although no better than the one we were put in, never slept in a double which one side was against a wall, and never did as we didn’t stay and don’t get a penny refund.

Good hotel. Rooms decorated nicely and a decent breakfast. Some of the staff are welcoming and friendly, others not. Encountered a rather rude Indian lady on reception. She could do with some further customer facing training.

This was a perfect stay. Beautiful property. 4 poster bed!! Friendly staff. Breakfast served with a smile. Quick walk to the Tube shops and dining. Wishing we could move in permanently. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.

Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.
Won't be coming here again.
