The room is spacious. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and dinner. I booked on half board, so I received a £30 voucher for a starter and main.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Perhaps it might be a good idea of the hotel to replace the carpet as it looks quite worn. Apart from that, it was strange that the toilet is separated from the shower room. The toilet does not have a sink in it. Therefore it was quite inconvenient to move from the toilet to the bathroom just to wash your hands. We have asked for some slippers but only one have arrived. The air-con was not as cold as it should be. I think it needs to be re-gas or having the filter washed or replaced. Bear in mind that we paid extra to stay in an executive room. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. This is because the breakfast was really nice. Compliments to the chef!!!

Nice and, clean hotel. Good location right next to Greenwich station and buses on the high street. Comfortable stay. Overall was a good stay

Good location. Nice breakfast. The only bad thing was the HVAC of the room! Was not working properly ans the room was extremely hot.

It is an nice hotel close to Greenwich park. Room was abit of smelly due to the drainage problem but the service team helped to resolve quickly. Parking is expensive 25 pound per 24h. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

Breakfast spread was good.
Staff were friendly.
Room was stuffy due to the Aircond not functioning despite the technician came to fix it. Provided standing fan but was inadequate.
House keeping was lacking, didn’t do up the bed properly and didn’t clean the tissue/trash/dust on the floor. Housekeeping only cleared the bins and changed the towel. A bit disappointing for Novotel standard.

The room was okay, though quite small and cramped. The location was good, and the price was reasonable. However, on the second day, housekeeping gave us awful quality toilet paper, and the hotel didn't even acknowledge the issue. Speechless.

The location is pretty good, conveniently situated near Greenwich town center, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and dining options within easy reach. It's particularly convenient for those visiting the nearby Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the University of Greenwich. The Royal Observatory is also close by, roughly a 20-minute walk or an 8-10 minute drive. However, the hotel's facilities are quite basic and a bit dated. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom was rather standard. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, especially for a business trip.

Good bar until they turn it into a club. Full of American food and cheap beer. Especially if you are a resident of the hostel upstairs. 2.50 for Fosters and Strongbow. The live music was good craic before the club started. Conveniently located and friendly staff!

Decent enough sports bar with a variety of ales, craft beers and lagers. I paid £4.90 a pint and watched PL footie on one of the many screens round the back. Sound was turned up. Only one guy serving but was super efficient and remembered my drink for the second round. There are few sports bars in Greenwich so this has a niche. Would go again for the next game. Bar snack vibe but it does serve hot food.

Back on good form. Now they have got rid of all that r 'n' b b*ll*cks, it's back to what it should be - an American themed bar.
The food selection is great, we had a create your own platter, loads of choice and £9 cheaper than if bought separately.
They had a guy on an acoustic guitar doing covers who was actually pretty good and provided nice ambiance.

A most enjoyable place to visit. We had the Sunday roast...it was hot, cooked appropriately, very tasty and well presented....what more should I expect from a busy place to eat? The staff were great. Downstairs was full of cheer with 4 big screens showing Sunday sport. Prices were inexpensive and parking is not too difficult in the area.

Good venue. Nicely decorated for the Xmas festivities and a warm feel to the venue. Drinks prices are fair in comparison to most other central London pubs these days. They olay the sports in there which is a bonus. They also have a big sized beer garden under a large marquee, loads of seats and heat lamps all around. I'd definitely pop back in there for a couple of pints when I'm next in the area.

The staff at The Mitre were so friendly and warm to us last night. We booked some space and they were helpful, treated us royally and food was really lovely. That's why we return each year at this time. Great Atmosphere too.

Regular pub full of students from the nearby University. It is very loud inside.
Service was great, and the waiters and waitresses were very attentive. Beer choices were good.
Now, the food choices were a little limited, especially if you are a vegetarian. They already had very few meat-free options, and when we went to order, one of them was not available anymore.

Grade 2 listed public house, I love this place. It’s my go-to default location for beer and Sunday roast in London, especially if meeting in central Greenwich. Always busy (in a good way) and never any stress. I’d highly recommend it. Good accessibility too as everything is street level except, of course, for the toilets. Great selection of beer and staff are really friendly.

Nice pub. Regular satisfying food. Has a good style to it and nice seating. A decent courtyard garden with seating area. Would suggest the conservatory in the back gets a clean. Some pretty impressive cobwebs up there!
