Hotel its self lovely, only downside, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, so needed to pay extra & have yo leave the room, after a busy day out.
When all we wanted to do, was relax in our room & be able to make our own drinks at no extra cost.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's really close to the Tower of London and London Bridge, making transportation super convenient. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and a delicious Japanese restaurant nearby.

The Location is Great, we never had to take the subway because everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the room clean (but on the smaller side)

We really enjoyed staying there. It is compact but beds long enough for comfortable sleep for my 6ft 2 partner. Good power shower and interesting light settings, very modern. I appreciated the blackout blinds, great feature.
Downstairs is a lovely reception area and nice chill out bar area. I would recommend, especially as everything within London is in walking distance!

I don't like the mannerisms of Pierre Marco White but this restaurant is really good. Nice Italian food with a good range to choose from. The set menus offer very good value for money. Friendly staff top the experience off.

Service was mediocre at best and food was terrible! Steak overdone, calamari soggy, pastry on the tart soggy and undercooked and cannelloni was by far the worst as a microwave one from Iceland would have been nicer. Avoid like the plague. Had made a reservation weeks in advance for 8pm. Arrived promptly but was told the restaurant was fully booked and was seated in the hotel bar for 15 minutes before being seated in an empty breakfast area for the hotel (empty when we arrived). Another negative point....they only had London Stout on draft for beer. Overpriced and bad food.

I was there yesterday evening.
I purchased a deal on wowcher and I was absolutely impressed by the service I have received. The food was great! Well done to the chef and the waiters who brought us the food .

Menu choices were average. Food was good though..price is slightly higher than expected but with a group of 9, there were no complaints. Good selection of alcohol.
