Once I had sorted out the way to gain entry, everything was great. Simple self service breakfast, good sized room, comfortably bed.

Room was great. Bathroom large. Everything was clean. But the real lack of staff (saw no-one at the front desk during my two-day stay) especially during what I would call 'regular' working hours was surprising.

Used this hotel many times but the communication was off this time. Staff ignored me checking in with poor weather, comms from the hotel were in german rather than english.

Why emails in German?
The room was clean and functional. All communication from the hotel was in German, which was a pain!

Good value for money but bad communication
The hotel was clean enough and I liked that it did not have the dirty carpets and outworn beds and bedsheets I have experienced in several London hotels before.
It is not a luxury stay, but it is also not a luxury price. Exactly what we needed. Breakfast was also ok.

The worst part was that I needed to check in after front desk closing hour at 22:00, and wrote that in my order, wich I did not get a reply to. I sent unanswered emails and also called 11 times on the day of arrival while travelling, because I needed assurance that I could in fact check in after the reception had closed. I left at least 3 messages on the phone but no answer. This stressed me out big time while travelling alone with a child.
When we came to the hotel there was a check in machine in front, and it all worked out. But the information that the machine yould be used for check in at all hours should be offered up front. It would have saved me a lot of stress, and it was also worrying to NEVER get ahold of the hotel before our stay.
I never saw anyone working at the front desk during our stay, so I did not forward my complain while I was there.

This is a fantastic little hotel, ticks all rhe boxes for me, super clean, functional but comfy and a great breakfast.
Only snag is road noise...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Or make sure you get a back room. Triple glazing would fix this issue.

Rooms good. Take an eye mask
Perfect reasonably priced stay and breakfast just what you need. Not sure I like the very big check in display station outside the hotel where our personal info is on show to everyone around us. take an eye mask as they have the green security lights in the room which illuminates everything. If your light sensitive this will disturb your sleep

Excellent find
What a great find this hotel is! Chose as it was close to a event ae were attending but will definitely use again. V close to Putney tube station, nice location close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Check in was simple, guy on reception was lovely. As we drove on this occasion, the on site parking was a real bonus!
Room was very clean, had everything needed for a short stay.
Buffet breakfast was ample, lots of choice- plus an actual toaster, rather than one of those useless things that takes forever to 'cook' toast! For London, the price was excellent. Will book again.

Thank you to Gabi and the whole team who worked on Sunday 12th Nov for being so helpful and attentive. Everyone had a fab time and the food and table in the mezzanine was perfect. Really appreciate it.

Food was good but the service was poor. First it took 25 minutes for someone to take our order. Then when we ordered puddings, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to arrive. Within that time we told two staff members that we were still waiting for our order and they both forgot about us, even though the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Server did eventually apologise and gave us the puddings for free, which was a nice gesture. Could have great potential but won't be returning again for food after this poor experience.

We booked the mezzanine level of the boathouse for a party with our friends to celebrate our wedding (which had been an intimate family event and had occurred earlier in the week). The space is beautiful and the staff, in particular the bar manager, were absolutely fantastic. The space comes without cost, it just needs a minimum spend (which is very reasonable). We would highly recommend the boat house for private events.

Standard McDonald’s, no parking. Messed up my order and short filled my drink, but in all fairness rectified it immediately when I brought it to their attention. So well done for that!

There is an upstairs seating area with, what looks like, iPad (or tablet) terminals.

You can get a free burger or McFlurry with an NUS student card.

The filling in the sandwhich bought from here was rancid. I'd have needed hospitalisation if I'd eaten it. And trying to get a refund from Subway is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Will not buy food from this company again.

To be honest, I usually end up in here a bit worse for wear on a football day. A subway hits the spot when you get to that point, but I often need assistance choosing. The guys that work here are very helpful and let you know what you can choose.
