Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Hotel over two buildings. Stayed in 2nd building on top floor. Warm and comfortable. Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very convenient location 5min walk from tube & Hammersmith Broadway, Approximately 10min to Hammersmith Apollo. Excellent value for money.

Okay apart from terrible smell like cat pee in the bathroom. Someone was smoking in another room and smell drifted into my room .

Great room for a reasonable price. Checkin and out was really easy and the gentleman at the desk who got us sorted was very helpful with tips for the local area and the best way to get to the concert we were down in London for. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting the Eventim Apollo.

Clean room.
Top floor room meant 10 mins before hot water arrived for a shower.
Also toilet/shower room had a sensor switching the light and extractor on at all times. Disturbing for anyone sharing the room during the night.

Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. No food or snacks of any sort. But the main issue was that it was booked to be paid on arrival, but the money was taken 2 DAYS BEFORE.

Nice, very clean room and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access with the underground. Lovely with the biscuits, tea and coffee in the the room and nice with the Small refrigerator.

Wedding party
Me and my husband had a two night stay in this hotel for a wedding party. A perfect hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep as its just out of the city noise, but within easy reach of everything with two tubes a few minutes away. Great area with places to eat and pubs. The owner was extremely helpful with everything needed. The room was clean and just the right size. The room had everything you could need. An iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, fridge, safe. Very comfy bed and tv with netflix etc. Although no breakfast is served, you can get a bite to eat around the area. I will definitely consider stopping here again next time i visit london.

I am dealing with a temporary injury limiting mobility.
( I am not accustomed to needing to verify disability access and amenities at hotels .)

This hotel is challenging from that perspective with no lift , and multiple rather narrow stairs to access guest rooms
Otherwise clean, helpful staff and great neighborhood

We used to be a regular customers, but after refurbishment and change of staff it's not the same place anymore. Misunderstood over a drink, and such a big drama to change it, anty-customer attitude of both bartenders. Gay guy behind the bar playing with his hair and then straight away touching glasses and making drinks.... After he said he was a manager, lol. . Not a great atmosphere to relax after work!

Lovely pub with great food and a cosy fire. It's quite a large pub, so there's pretty much always somewhere to sit which is nice. Drink prices are what you would expect in London and staff are very friendly.

Recommended for lunch buffet at £6.99 on weekdays up to 3 pm. The price includes unlimited pizza, pasta and salad. Drinks are extra. There are always 6 kinds of pizza (thin and thick), 2 pasta and nice salad bar with many souces. Kids pay only 4.99. The pizzas are always worm, as soon as one finishes, it is replaced.

I wasn't impressed by the fact that you had to order at a counter which is something I've never encountered before at a pizza hut. Plus I didn't find it clear and just sat around waiting for tables service to never arrive. Seating is very cramped and constricted.

Always good food although the menu is smaller than it was! Staff are always kind & helpful beer is well kept we use it regularly!

So disappointed pub lovely food awful. Slimy chicken with the skin attached in ciabatta. It really made me feel sick when I I looked inside. Chips were freezing, the mashed potatoes on child's food lumpy and hard. The manager argued saying chicken used was only fillet I invited him to look at what I sent back disgusting I would not have given it to my cat. .Shame good venue next to the theatre, we had to go elsewhere to feed our child and eat.

Well beer ok but first we were told they weren't doing food at 20:30 then they were doing food but no burgers or fish and chips, which I wanted. So we ordered different food only to see other people being given burgers and fish and chips. Our order took 40 mons to arrive and other people who ordered food after us were served before us. Cleaning cloths left on tables and only one bloke seemed to know what was going on. Chaos. Not up to usual standards.

Booked a table for quarter past 6. Got there on time and told we would have to wait 45 minutes for our table...which we booked???

We had to go somewhere else as we had to be somewhere at 8 (had specifically booked the table for this time so that we would be able to eat and be gone by 8)

Really disappointed ...the whole point of bpoking was kind of defeated...
