The rooms were not clean, the bed was very small only 1 person could sleep! “double bed” , and noise from trains and adjacent rooms made it difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin. Overall, not good value for money, although the location is excellent.

I don’t recommend this hotel when I checked in here last week I booked for single room they're not allowed if you have any visitors otherwise you need to pay for an upgrade it's there policy but it's not mentioned when you book it! The first time the room was smells body odour like someone used it without even changing it! The second time they put me in the basement like you literally hear the train but the room it's quite big! I don't enjoy my stay! It's not worth the price! If you're a solo traveler and someone is visiting you NEED to book for double room I don't recommend it better to find around BETTER!!! 🙄🙄🙄

For this price in the city center, there's not much to complain about. However, a heads-up: the single rooms are in the basement, and the nearby subway train is quite loud, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.

The people at reception were very friendly and helpful with our luggages as we were given a room on the third floor. Location is only approximately 5 minutes from Paddington Station, hence, a good location. Nevertheless, the room was not soundproof. Would recommend to stay for a few days to transit.

Placed in a basement room where the rumbling of trains only finished at midnight and started again at 6am.. Absolutely no way this should be used as a room for people to stay in.

Shower was weak and wouldn't hold temperature. Also poorly laid out room making doing pretty much anything very hard.

Uncomfortable bed with sheets and a tiny towel.

Really really poor.

They could not do enough. Really lovely 2 men that helped me on my 3 night visit. Room 3 was bad very noisy with train, they moved me and was so pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Helped with my luggage after my surgery and so kind. Would definitely recommend but there are no lifts. So do ask for lower floors if cannot manage many stairs. All staff friendly, very helpful and just lovely

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything
