I saved up to get a nice room, it is a lot of money to me, maybe they only care about their rich regular guests or do you get a bad room if you book with a discount. I was so disappointed as it was a birthday treat or my son.
The only positive was breakfast which was great and friendly staff. I will attach photos to show the state of the room.
Hygiene: The sanitation work is done well, but the only drawback is that there is no handheld shower.
Environment: Simple and capable style, Chinatown is nearby, just a few steps away, safe and guaranteed, if you stay during Christmas, there is a Christmas market next to it, which is very convenient.
Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved.
Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved.
