Location is good. Service is good. Just breakfast may be can add more choice.

1. The location is excellent, right next to a train station, metro station, and bus stop. There's a smaller 24-hour Tesco across the street, and a larger M&S supermarket just a hundred meters further. However, being next to the train station means it's quite noisy; you can hear the rumbling of trains frequently during operating hours.
2. The hotel has its own coffee and breakfast on the ground floor, offers free lemon water, and you can ask the front desk for hot water.
3. For fellow travelers looking for more convenience, consider these points:
(1) You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided.
(2) The bathroom has pump dispensers for hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. However, the scent seems to be like Sichuan peppercorn, which isn't pleasant, and it made my hair very frizzy. I recommend bringing your own toiletries.
(3) There are only two hangers. If you plan to do laundry, it's advisable to bring portable hangers and a simple clothesline, as there aren't many places to hang clothes.
(4) They provide three large towels and one small towel, which are changed every three days. If you're a germaphobe, I suggest bringing your own.
(5) Housekeeping is done every three days. The trash bin is quite small and can fill up in a day, so it's a good idea to bring your own trash bags to dispose of full ones downstairs or in street bins.
(6) Although it's listed as a double room for two people, it's actually better suited for one person as the room is quite small.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious compared to other London hotels. The reception was outstanding. The only downside is the £3 charge per bag if you leave your luggage with them at the front desk.

Very good location and good service

The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service attitude is excellent, and breakfast is also very rich. The main thing is the superior location, very close to the subway station!

Decent location near Victoria train station - great if you’re going to Heathrow Airport. Room was small but clean and a decent price.

Good for short stay, bed is a bit short for taller men (6ft2). Breakfast is overpriced for what you get (missed bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs etc ). Staff is friendly, room are well facilitated.

The location is very close to the shopping district, and amenities within the hotel are awesome. This is my 2nd stay at the hotel.

I liked their friendly service at the counter. Be careful that the amenities are minimally prepared.
