Fantastic. Free carpark and 5 min walk away from tube station. Great breakfast, included in room rate as well. Nespresso pods, and good quality tea and milk, and water provided as well. Well appointed rooms. Rooms are perhaps not completely sound-proof (we could hear others chatting in the corridor as they walked past) but otherwise couldn't ask for more!

Great location with free parking so very good for people who travel with car. Rooms were great, but old but good value. Within walking distance from metro, 20 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

The room was perfect for a good night sleep. Clean and comfy bed. They have a nice selection of complementary teas and coffees as well which makes an huge difference upon arrival.
Breakfast was included and the lady was smiling and taking care of special food requirements

Great hotel. We always stay here if we are attending an event at Wembley. The rooms, service, and food are excellent, and ALL staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit of a walk from the underground station and going up the stairs was difficult with luggage. But once I was pointed in the right direction, there were signs to the hotel and it was easy enough to find. The hotel had amazing staff. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved it.

Service is good but cleaness is fair, Stains on the shower.
Breakfast quality is good.

We want ryno back....the new staff boldy kind of head man is very rude and rushy too...been coming here for years but after yesterday experience and found out management menu etc changed not going back.... Don't waste your money and time

nice shisha, rhino the manager is top class guy, staff really nice but sometime the crowd is just bit to loud!

Had a very bad experience here.... after booking a tibal for food we arived at the place to eat dinner. Orderd our food but was told to leave because we did not order a shisha as we are not smokers.

Its a shame had to give a bad review as we could not taste the food and the do not have a policy in place. If i had known never would have driven there. Luck
y for us mcdonald was just next door.

Waiting time for dish of the day was said to be for about 30mins. Other food like soup 10mins. But well for my chicken soup i waited 50 min ???

It was takeaway, not in the actual restaurant. The quality of the food was very poor. Plus it wasn’t Thai food as they said, just random ingredients mixed together. But the most disgusting and alarming part was that the delivery man tried to kiss my hand when he gave my the ticket. This is unacceptable!

Food is disgusting, chef don't have any idea what he's doing. Really poor quality of food.
Watch out for this restaurant they got different name on Just Eat (dom polski)
Strongly not recommend!
Its simply unbelievable how people can mess up polish dishes.
