Hotel was situated in a great location but our rooms were in a different address (3 minute walk away). A bit secluded but overall okay.

Great budget hotel clean and well located. Just don’t get the room in the basement under the passage it’s a noisy all night and but if you bring ear plugs and and eye mask and you want an inexpensive hotel and the location is more important the. This is for you.

Excellent location for a short stay in London. The rooms are small but pristine and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, roughly half way between Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations, giving access to multiple key landmarks. The only thing missing that I would have liked is a mini-fridge in the room, but this is easy to live without.

When I arrived at the reception at 9 pm, it was pretty busy already with a queue. However, the reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The reception area was a little small hence the queue, so it could do with some more waiting area. Other than that, everything else was expected clean and cozy spacious room and nice breakfast buffet.

A unique service which is tailored to the guest's needs. 24hr buffet, plus cheese and wine free treat if you log on as a member. Menu is limited but good, especially the pizza and breakfast options. Very helpful and friendly staff are on duty 24hrs. The hotels have been renovated to a high standard, and meets the needs of a busy tourist or business guest. Location is good, 10 mins from stations. Can leave luggage after check out. Very good value formoney. Will certainly use this hotel group again and recommend it to anyone.

Not clean. Service was not that good! Constructions is going on and noisy from early morning.

Good tea and shisha, good for the winter weather but lack of food.

Very poor service. Claimed to have none of the food on the first menu we were given and proceeded to give us an identical menu where everything was twice as expensive.

Fantastic experience! Friendly staff and tasty shisha! Staff had our shisha ready in 2 minutes and continuously adjusted coals to ensure the best heat displacement. Would recommend to all and the price was right!!

My latest visit was particularly bad. Rice and beans were undercooked, and portions were really small - my friend's salad only filled half the bowl, tortilla bag too was filled less than usual. Giving 3 stars only because my previous visit was fairly satisfying. Gotta be consistent, Chipotle!

Quick, tasty, colourful food! Can’t say anything bad about it... The staff were friendly and always smiling and the queue went down ridiculously fast. And OH MY the food tasted delicious!!!
