Kings Cross Inn Hotel in London

The hotel facilities are very old. The stairs are in poor condition, and the wooden floors in the room creak loudly. The hotel doesn't offer free Wi-Fi proactively; there are no Wi-Fi password prompts in the room, and the front desk didn't inform me about it during check-in. The bed was also very uncomfortable—an old spring mattress that made a lot of noise every time I turned over.

Firstly, they couldn't find any reservations they finally gave us a room with a view of kings cross. Perfect location for st pancras and kings cross, multiple restaurants, fast food chains.

The room for 3 adults was very small, and I couldn't open the window as secondary glazing falling out with a large gap . Wooden window was mouldy dusty and with a crack in the pain. The curtains were dirty also. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor this room had not seen a duster in quite sometimes. There was no sink plug, and the tv would not turn off.
I asked the night desk person for a few more pillows as they were extremely thin and some. Batteries for remote he said he would bring them up, but there were no more pillows. Three hours later, another member of the party and I went back and again requested he said he thought i was coming back for Batteries however he still didn't have them ready?? After another member of the party stated this and that more pillows were needed again and a sink plug would be nice. He appeared a little while later with all of the above and pillows.

There is no parking outside this hotel, so we parked at the ncp Kings cross 8 min walk £24.00 24h.
