Both Counter and Room Service staff are helpful. Given Room 304 which is on 3rd level isolated near the staircase. Construction works which were posted by others are completed, so pretty quite. Room is small and dated, but is clean and sufficient for a short stay.
Can't beat the location, within walking distance ~18 minutes to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway Tube Stations which allow you to travel to many attractions in London.
Save your money and go out for breakfast and meals as many restaurants, eateries and bakeries around. Personally like the Granier Bakery Cafe around the corner. There are MS and Tesco Express nearby as well. Another plus is the Hotel provides free concierge luggage storage on my check-out day, allowing me to continue exploring without the need to bring my luggage along.

Hotel is very nice and strategic location. Near to malaysian n halal food restaurant. Also near to tube n bus stop. The room is clean but a bit small. We stayed for 3 nights. A bit dissapointed with their daily room service. We have requested for a room service when we come out so that our room is clean n tidy when we come back to the hotel. They do service our room but they didnt change the blanket. Its ok for me not to change the blanket everyday, but the blanket itself are not tidy. The second day is the worst room service. Overall the hotel is nice, but their service is bad for me.

Easy to find hotel. Nice well clean room. Staffs are friendly both front office and restaurant. Breakfast was best with more options even with drinks. Overall wonderful stay and price is even reasonable. Will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

No worthy AT ALL!! one burger smaller than my hand palm made of I don't know what but no beef, dry and disgusting, with a ridiculous small bowl of frozeen fries = 21£. Never again. Don't waste your money/time

The place is lovely, really good space tons of room near the bar and a good bunch of bowling lanes. For a bowling place, the food was decent and there's also a respectable selection of drinks behind the bar. The only thing that let it down is that the staff were all miserable - everything seemed like too much effort and there were no smiles to be seen. The young chap with the coloured hair was helpful and effective (more than other staff) but a few smiles wouldn't go amiss.

I came here for a birthday party yesterday, and the place was fantastic! The bowling is great fun for anyone who just wants to have fun, especially if you have young children, or in general it's great way to bond with loved ones! The place is very modern, clean and awesome for wheelchair users! & it's just a really good atmosphere. Furthermore the food was absolutely delicious ?? I literally was so surprised, because I had been to a bowling alley before, which had an arcade but the place looked a little run down & not so clean, as well as the food not being so good and cheap. But this was excellent quality food for a very good price! I had the mango and chilli fried chicken with sweet potato fries, my mother had fish and as well sweet potato fries and it was AMAZING! Both the chicken & fish were so tender and full of flavour & the service was amazing! For anyone who's a bit doubtful of going, due to prices, save up perhaps because I honestly suggest for you to go because you do have a really good time! (Well, I hope you do!)

A few good plates, some dis-factory and one completely unacceptable. Our waitress was the only positive of the experience, full 5 stars to her. Manager seemed pleasant at first but ultimately didn't want to help which made things worse

Nice place for a team building event
I visited this place during my business trip to London.
We were there with the entire team, for a bowling team building event.
The place is nice and it's suitable for corporate events.
They served us some nice mini burgers as a snack. Vegetarian options were included.
They also have a good range of drinks.

REALLY NEED TO AVOID. Bad food, especially the roast duck specialty, rude staffs who want to kick you out and ripe off another customer. Shame on you Four Seasons! How bad can a restaurant get? They dont like little babies too. Donate your money to a homeless person instead spending money here. It is so bad and disgusting. I gave it a five stars on purpose so people can read this review. i want to give it a no star if i could.

Very average Chinese. Looks reasonably plush, service was quick and friendly unfortunately the food was distinctly average. Certainly not horrible, but dishes I had were a bit tasteless.

I love roast duck and crispy pork. A waiter has a good service mind. Beware of bloody expensive still mineral water.

The chicken dish was the worst dish which had very little meat and was chewy however having said that the rest of their dishes was good and better than most places..
we had the whole duck boned which was very good.
Over all a good experience... don't expect amazing service as it seems like most old school places, it's not something they focus highly on.
